The Claim of 101F Florida Ocean Water Is 101% Fraud. It was Everglade "run-off" water from the "Taylor Slough" & Mangrove Swamp.

The following has been written by an alumnus of one of Florida's universities.

On July 25th & 26th, media outlets of all categories were reporting that ocean water off of South Florida reached a record-breaking high temperature of 101F, and that this was proof that the planet is in a climate crisis.  The UN Sec-Gen claimed that Planet Earth was now in the phase of Global "Boiling."

The media then mentioned that this 101F reading was at Manatee Bay, as if Manatee Bay were a large and integral part of the Atlantic Ocean.  Therefore, take note that Manatee Bay is a shallow and insignificant shoreline basin that is NOT even worthy to be named on Florida maps.  It's inside of "Barne's Sound," near a Hwy 1 bridge.

Now, the media stated that the 101F reading came from a buoy.  This deceptively made it sound as if the 101F temperature existed three or four miles away from the Florida shoreline.  The reality is that the 101F temperature came from estuary water which, in turn, was actually Everglade run-off water from Mangrove Swamp ... and even water from something known as the Taylor Slough.  All in all, the measurement was that of swamp water, very near shore and near Hwy 1 which is also called, the South Dixie Hwy.   

On the day reported, the true nearby ocean water was 86F, and that was about three degrees BELOW average.  That amounts 15 degrees Fahrenheit LESS THAN the crisis-stage temperature reported.  It's time for some journalists to be fired.    . 

Plus, the media also reported that the area underwent coral bleaching.  Stop there.  Another false light deception.  Penalty marker time.  This only happened in Islamadora which is 18 miles southwest of Key Largo.  It is located on the main archipelago, and it's known for its "fly fishing."  Key Largo is also on the same archipelago.  Across the Florida Bay from Key Largo is Mangrove Swamp, and in between the two places in Cross Keys.  Lots of keys in the Florida Keys, and lots of run-off water too.

Directly below here is a second map, in order to clarify how much of a deliberate farce this 101F report was and is.  The bottom line is that the news media was reporting on SWAMP run-off water ... and NOT Atlantic Ocean water which is technically on the southeastern side of the South Florida Archipelago where one finds Key Largo and Key West.  Furthermore, if you travel southwest from Key West, you will find yourself in the Florida Straits which pass by northern Cuba.

On the map above, Manatee Bay is located where the red circled #4 is located.  Take note that it's semi-surrounded to its east,  by a small archipelago.  North Key Largo is at the top righthand side of this map, on the main archipelago.  Key Largo is at lower central, on the same archipelago.  At the lower lefthand corner, it is written "Florida Bay."  Technically, the whole area, including very insignificant Manatee Bay, is Florida Bay, until you reach the long archipelago.  More technically speaking is that the area east of the famous archipelago is the Florida Straits.  The important feature is that the current of the Southern Florida border travels west to east.  

East of the archipelago is regarded to be the Atlantic Ocean --- the Florida Straits.   The true ocean water there, at the time of the 101F swamp water run-off reading was approximately 84.9F to 86F.   Average for July is 89.1F.

The Hwy 1 seen on the two maps above is actually the South Dixie Hwy.  The locals call it "the Stretch."  That highway --- that "stretch" --- travels over Surprise Lake, into Key Largo.  Then it suddenly becomes the Overseas Highway.  If you go south on the Overseas Highway for 98 miles, you will arrive at Key West.  

And of course, the ocean water between Cuba and Florida is the Straits of Florida.  That water is quite different than ye olde estuary shoreline runoff water.

Quick lesson:  Estuary water is actually where river water meets an area subject to the tides; where river water becomes effected by tidal action --- and where river water mixes with salt water.  The bottom line here is that the true ocean water temperature in the area was 15 or so Fahrenheit degrees LOWER than what was claimed by media anchormen & women who are basically clueless and uneducated in matters of atmospheric science and oceanography.

One more preliminary statement, to show the hypocrisy of Climate Hysteria Activists

It's now said that fresh water run-off from the Florida Everglades and elsewhere must stop, or else the Atlantic Ocean's Gulf Stream will have reduced saltiness and will then stop moving --- at least beginning at the 45th Parallel.  This includes the temporary & seasonal ice melt run-off of Greenland.  Okay then, explain to me how the Climate Hysteria activists are in a state of cricketed silence on the following:

During every second of every hour of every day of every week of every month of every year of every decade of every century, for thousands of years:

4 MILLION GALLONS of fresh Mississippi River water has been flowing into the Mississippi Delta and emptying itself into the salty Atlantic Ocean.  How do you explain that the Gulf Stream has been flowing sufficiently and effectively throughout millennia, despite the massive fresh-water contribution made to it every minute for the last 4,000 years?  What is the point in stopping Everglade run-off water, while a much more massive amount of fresh water flows into the Atlantic Ocean hourly?

Another news report which constituted yet another easily provable Climate Hysteria lie

In July of 2023, it was reported that coastal ocean water near Southern Florida reached "the possible record-breaking temperature" of 101F ... or at least 100F.  Stop.  Big lie.  Penalty Marker Time.   Let's get this correct, for the sake of a constantly deceived public.

To start, the actual time when this 101F thermometer reading was alleged to have occurred was July 24th or so.  Available herein are the official coastal water temperature stats for July 28, compliments of the NCEI-NOAA.   

Now, as a preview: The actual coastal ocean water temp at the time was 86 degrees Fahrenheit.   Next:

[1a] The water that was measured was NOT ocean water.  It was NOT "coastal water."  It was estuary water, located between two pieces of land, and NOT located out in the ocean.  The water which was measured (via buoy) is extremely close to the Florida Everglades, on its northwest ... and Florida Bay on it's west southwest.  This translates into marsh water which can be as hot as a sports team's whirlpool in the training room.  And we are talking about a very shallow water basin.

[1b] In other words, the water measured was Everglade Runoff Water, and a few years ago --- I think it was in 2017, if memory serves me correctly --- that same water measured at 102F.  Yet,, nobody was squawking, running out into the streets, screaming that it was the End of the World.  None the less, the water there is very shallow and the area involved is the border between marsh water and salt water.

[2a] Now, the general area involves water that runs through "the Taylor Slough," into the Florida Bay.  The slough, incidentally, was designed to provide water to the Florida Everglades which are located on the Southwestern tip of the state.  

[2b] Also involved is a manmade canal that was built in 1968 and then recently altered.  It's known as the C-111 Canal; the C-111 "Spreader" Canal.  It was originally designed to send water through the Everglades, followed by the water running off at the southern border of Florida.  Next came the decision to prevent fresh water from rolling off into the Atlantic Ocean as much as is possible.  That resulted in the C-111 "Spreader" project which is completely pointless in light of the fact that the Mississippi River, at New Orleans, unleashes 4 million gallons of FRESH (unsalted) water into the Gulf of Mexico per second.  

[2c] This is why it is such hypocrisy for Climate Hysteria Salesmen to obsess people with the seasonal "ice melt run-off from Greenland" (into the Atlantic Ocean), all the while claiming that it's going to cause a Siberian England, the halt of the Atlantic Ocean, and the End of the World.  

[2d] Incidentally, in order to get the Atlantic Ocean to stop flowing, you must stop the rotation of the Earth.  Plus, you must then rid Planet Earth of either all low pressure systems or all high pressure systems.  That is to say, in order to get the Atlantic Ocean to stop moving, you must stop the winds from blowing, as well as stopping the Earth from rotating.  Do you yet see how incredibly asinine the Climate Change activists & politicians are?  They are literally a danger to society, whenever they are in power.

[2e] In addition, the same Southern Florida Everglades Region is quite close to the Dixie Highway which suddenly becomes the Overseas Hwy, upon crossing a bridge.  That highway literally takes you to Key West.  Locals call the Dixie Hwy "the Stretch."

[3a] As far as goes real coastal ocean water in the area which is measured regularly for its temperature, the two nearest places would undoubtedly be Vaca Key and Duck Key.  Now, the temperature of water changes much slower than does air above land.  After all, water has much more heat capacity, and this particular subject is for another post.  None the less, as of July 28, 2023 (July 29 in Coordinated Universal Time), the ocean water temperature near Vaca Key was 86.0F.  The July average there is 89.1F.  At Duck Key, the ocean water was 84.9F, and it's July average is 87.4F.  This was three or four days after the super bogus & hysterical climate news report.

[4] During this time, the ocean water surrounding the United States' southern states predominately ranged in temperature between the low-to-mid 80s Fahrenheit and 90F.  In one rare section near Texas, it rose to 94.1F, and that's it.  Later in the month was a 94.1F off of Louisiana, and that was it.  Nothing else higher.

[5] So, the July 2023 reality is this:  During the general time span when the ocean water temps were said to have reached 101F, they actually were 3.3 degrees Fahrenheit BELOW AVERAGE in one nearby area of coastal water, and 2.5 degrees Fahrenheit BELOW AVERAGE in another nearby section of the Atlantic Ocean.  All in all, that area which was said to have been 101F was actually 14 to 16 degrees Fahrenheit BELOW 101F.  It wasn't even close to what the Climate Hysteria Media claimed.  

This is yet another piece of evidence which shows that the "Global Warming," "Climate Change," "Climate Crisis," "Global Boiling" activists are lying con artists . . . of very low intelligence.  They are of very low intelligence, because it is soooooo easy to catch their lies and con games.  Concerning the fact that all Florida coastal water temperatures were very much BELOW 100F, see for yourself:

Below is the July 28th report.  If I had learned of the 101F temperature report sooner, I would have gone to the NCEI tally board sooner.  

To the righthand side of the government chart (above) are the monthly averages.  This photocopy is "truncated."  It was cut at the righthand side, after the July monthly average column.  At the righthand side of each row's blue-tinted temperature number is the average temp for Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, and July.  Aug to Dec was cut-out, for convenience.  

All in all, the hottest temp in the Southern Florida waters at the time was 89-90F, around Key West, Florida.  Nowhere was it anywhere near 101F.  As far as goes as any ocean temperature being in the critical end-of-the-world-and-we-are-gonna-die-tomorrow stage:  Nada.  Niente.  Zipparooski.  Nic.  Niets.  Give-me-a-break. Nekas.  Pagh.  Running-on-empty.  Intet.  Xejn.  Take-a-hike, you-taxpayer-thieves.  Nichts.  Faic.  That's Fraud City, baby, and big-ticket frauds belong in handcuffs, for starters.

NYC did NOT come close to breaking the New York State Rainfall Record

September 29, 2023, at 5:00 pm.  Posted pursuant to the U.S. Fair Use Act (17 USC Section 107)

1 of 3} The media kept calling it the "record rainstorm."  It was now the new normal caused by the burning of fossil fuels.  The reality is that it was caused by El Nino's predictable effect on the Atlantic Ocean.  It was the New York City rain of September 28 & 29 (2023), and it was the result of the remnants of a sub-hurricane phase cyclone, called a tropical storm.  The tropical storm's name was Ophelia.

2a of 3} The New York State rainfall record is 13.57 inches in 24 hours of time.  That event occurred on August 12-13, 2014 (nine years ago), at Islip, New York.  The notable feature of that 2014 rainstorm was that five inches of it came down in one hour's time.  

2b of 3} The highest recorded rainfall amount for the recent September 29th (2023) rain storm was 8.64 inches.  This occurred at JFK International Airport.   Now, 13.57 minus 8.64 =  4.93.  Therefore, the  24-hr rainfall total for Friday, Sept 29, 2023 was 4.93 inches BELOW that of the New York State record.  It was 36% lower than the 2014 rainfall.  Furthermore, the Sept 29th rainfall was also below the 24-hr rainfall record of 44 American states.   Thus, it was no major Doomsday event in any capacity.

Intro 3 of 3} Keep in mind that this is an El Nino year and that El Nino carries with itself the power of wind shear.  In 2023, Hurricane Lee was the prime example of El Nino's wind shearing power.  Tropical Storm Ophelia was not immune to El Nino, as well.  Being that physical matter can neither be created nor destroyed, the water formerly carried by Tropical Storm Ophelia had to go somewhere in the physical universe.

Time for a Reality Check 

The irony at hand is that, on September 29th, Islip NY received only 1.13 inches of rain.  That amounts to 12.44 inches LESS THAN Islip's record-setting rain day of 2014.  In addition, the distance between Islip and the JFK International Airport is 29 miles.  Thus, the "Great New York City Rainfall of September 2023" wasn't that widespread of an event, when you count area ... when you count square miles or even square kilometers.

At this point, compare NYC in late September 2023 to [1] Alvin Texas' (Houston area)  42 inches, in 1979 ... [2] Massies Mill Virginia's 27.35 inches, in 1969 ... [3] Hackberry Louisiana's 22 inches, in 1962 ... [4] Kauai Hawaii's 49.69 inches, in 2018 ... [5] South Port North Carolina's 23.56 inches, in 1999 ... [6] Saco Maine's 19.19 inches, in 1996 ... [7] Hogees Camp California 25.83 inches, February 1943 ... [8] Dauphin Island Alabama's 32.52 inches, in 1997 ... [9] Americus Georgia's 21.1 inches, in 1994 ... [10] Hurricane Jean's effect on Florida, in 1980, to the tune of 23.38 inches.  

Let's do the One-Picture's-Worth-a-Thousand-Words thing, with the following photo

The photo below --- which happens to be posted pursuant to the U.S. Fair Use Act --- is said to be that of New York City, on September 29, 2023.  Yet, it looks similar to a part of Chicago I used to drive-through.  None the less, in the grand scheme of existence, NYC did have above-average rain, for a day or two, this past September.  But, it did NOT have anything epic or legendary.   Yet, the Climate Hysteria People were using this very temporary event as a part of their propaganda.

In light of the present-tense weather propaganda, can you see what's blatantly wrong with the photo below?  Can you see what's wrong, in light of that fact that the photo was posted to show "massive NYC flooding?"  

Well, look at all the cars and trucks in that photo, other than the dark blue one on the righthand side which is submerged in water, almost up to its headlights.  Other vehicles in that same photo are not underwater, except for maybe an inch or less of rain water.  Other vehicles there are not underwater, at all.  Plus, there is the four inches of rain water covering the tire sidewalls of the red pickup truck in the center of the photo, making a splash as it makes a lefthand turn.   Yet, you could still see the license plate on that pickup truck.  This means that the water was not at a high level.

You can also see the license plate on the white VW located directly behind the dark blue car.  It's certainly not submerged in rainwater.  The row of vehicles on the lefthand side of the photo are not underwater, either . . . except for maybe a quarter-inch of rain.  There is even a human being on the street, on the righthand side of the photo --- near a row of parked cars ---  who is NOT submerged in rainwater.   She is standing somewhat near those two white SUV's in the background --- a car width or two away from the two white SUVs which are not at all submerged in rainwater.  In fact, the cars parked behind the white VW --- on the righthand side of the photo --- are also NOT submerged in rainwater.  So, what's the big deal here?

All in all, the terrain that was photographed was entirely uneven, and publishing such a photo as something indicative of NYC on September 29 was & is entirely DISHONEST.   Not much is underwater in that photo, when you look at the background of it ... and everywhere else on the photo. The general rule is that, if you can still see the license plates on most of the vehicles in a photo, then you're not looking at much of a flood.  New York City is not Venice, Italy.  So, quit acting like it is.  

This is amazingly petty, when comparing September 29th to real floods.  Yet, schoolchildren are told to fear such incredible pettiness.  Real floods are the He Huang Floods of 1887, 1931, and 1938.  Epic floods include the Saint Mary Magdalene Day Flood of 1342 (which see) and the Saint Elizabeth Day Flood of 1421.  They also include the Saint Lucia Day Flood of 1287 which killed 50,000 to 80,000 people in the Netherlands.  Epic floods do NOT include the September 29th, 2023 New York City rain.

BTW, the Catholic Church calendar had a number of saint's memorials each day, for each of the 365 days of the year.  Thus, a weather disaster would be named after the most famous memorialized saint of the day.  So, don't get superstitious over the fact that every weather disaster in the Medieval Period and Renaissance Era was named after a saint.  It was a way to tell time ... to keep time ... to record time ... to archive events.   Let us continue: 

New York City did NOT have anywhere near the rain that fell during the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927 --- or the 71.8 inches of rain that fell on Reunion Island, in 1966.  But, it was above-average rain, for NYC.   For example, in an approximate 36 hour period, Brooklyn got 7.34 inches of rain.  Midtown Manhattan got 6.09 inches.  Central Park received 5.80 inches, and Harlem got 5.21 inches of rainfall.  And, as was previously mentioned, JFK International Airport received 8.64 inches, and 4.82 inches of rain fell on La Guardia Airport.  

The "record breaking rain" of September 29 only broke a few LOCAL RECORDS.  At the least, New York City schools should have been shutdown for that day, for the safety of schoolchildren & teachers.  

The Climate Con Artist Photo Gallery

That photo is reminiscent of a certain CNN reporter who walked into a water-filled ditch, up to his waste, in order to deceive people into believing that the town he was visiting was still flooded.

It's also reminiscent of a certain Weather Channel reporter looking like the wind was blowing him over, while two youths suddenly entered the scene (on the street behind the reporter), walking very casually, showing that it was not windy at that moment, at all.  None the less, the Climate Change People ... and the news reporters ... have become a gang of fictional actors.  They have become a cast of liars.

All in all, 8.64 New York City inches of rain is not going to make the cut, in the grand scheme of things.  So, you can quit claiming that the "burning of fossil fuels is drowning New York City."  NYC will have less than an 11% chance of rain in the next three days, with a 43% and a 58% chance of rain four and five days from now.  Thus, 2023 did NOT come close to the 1927 Great Mississippi Flood.  The news reporters should not act like it did.  

BTW, the flood water of the Great Mississippi Flood reached a depth of 30 feet.  New York City in 2023 didn't compare to the American Midwest in 1927.

And then there was the matter of the Great Flood of July 1916 which devastated North Carolina.  Again & again, we see that the NYC September 29th, 2023 rainstorm was inconsequential chump change in comparison to a number of other rainstorms and/or floods which actually did bring devastation to such an extent that the lives of numerous people would never be the same again.  

Adding the September 29, 2023 NYC rain to the list of epic rainstorms is an intense insult to human intelligence.  In as much, as far as would go the quintessential "thousand year flood," the candidates would include [1] the Mary Magdalene Day Flood of 1342 (which see), as well as [2] the 1887 Yellow River Flood (China).   

Add to the equation the flood & famine the Year 1315.  Such events were major league floods which occurred when co2 levels were very very low.  The years of sheer tragic climate disaster included 1274, 1281, the 1300s, the Tudor Drought Days of 1540, 1588, the 1600s, the great hurricanes disaster of 1780, the Potato Famine, numerous Medieval & Renaissance famines, numerous Medieval & Renaissance droughts, as well as the Plague years.  The one-thousand year period before the Industrial Revolution were NOT centuries of mild weathers.  There were numerous epic climate tragedies.  The NYC Rain of September 29, 2023 was NOT an epic event in any category.

The "record NYC rain" of Sept 29 didn't  surpass  very many states.  It did NOT even surpass the numbers of its own State of New York.  The media has to hyper-sensationalize everything and terrify schoolchildren in the process.

The most coral cover in 36 years ... in two-thirds of the Great Barrier Reef

(The Southern sector became the buffet table of lots of hungry crown-of-thorn starfish.)

A few dozen news releases in the Summer of 2022 reported that two of the three sectors of the Great Barrier Reef had the most coral cover in it in 36 years.  This disproves doomsayer predictions about the reef being irreparably consigned to the extinction chapter of history books.  That reef is regenerating itself.

And then comes the Climate Nazi nearest to a video camera, refusing to allow open debate, all the while telling us that the world will end "in 12 years" (from the Year 2019) if we don't make obsolete every gasoline powered vehicle.  Well, the truth is that the climate doomsayers' individual worlds ... and your world ... as well as the world of everyone you know ... will come to an end long before the world of the Great Barrier Reef does.  In fact, your world and my world will come to an end long before the arrival of THE epic & apocalyptic End of the World. 

None the less, all throughout history, there have been tragic events that served as dress rehearsals for THE apocalyptic End of the World. These events transpired when co2 levels were 98, 118, and 138 parts per million LESS than they are today.  So, when you think about it, the world has been repeatedly coming to an end, over and over and over again, century after century after century.  Scientific Newsflash:  Planet Earth is a Phoenix Bird.

At this point, keep in mind that the commercial media repeatedly predicted the demise of the 1,429 mile-long Great Barrier Reef of Northern Australia.  Its newscasters predicted equal doom for the other coral reefs, as well.  Now, when it comes to Australia, Dr Michael "Hockey Stick" Mann, assigned doom to the entire continent of Australia, in his vague, inarticulate, and noncommittal way, in January of 2020:

“It is conceivable that much of Australia simply becomes too hot and dry for human habitation."   ...   “In that case, yes, unfortunately we could well see Australians join the ranks of the world’s climate refugees.“

This statement was made by Mann in Australia TWO MONTHS after Australia had its WETTEST November on record.  So, it's correct to say that Mann was wrong.  But it's more correct to say that Mann was so vague that he didn't say anything.  It's even more correct to state that Mann is an insufferable jackass, in light of the fact that Northern Australia gets yearly Monsoons.

Concerning Mann playing the role of Grim Reaper, in insinuating that Australia was in line to be a recipient of extinction, it was in 2021 when Australia enjoyed its record high wheat crop harvest.  In 2022, Australia underwent record "cold persistence," meaning that it had its longest duration of cold spells.  Such a thing is perceived by the reasonable registered voter as the opposite of  "dry & uninhabitable" Global Warming.   

This is yet another case which proves that Michael Mann doesn't think when he talks.  He simply announces disturbing insinuations of climate doom, all the while claiming that he cries for the children, despite the fact that he imposed suffering on an elderly Air Force veteran and doctorate holder who was and is advancing in years.  That was equivalent to mugging a senior citizen on the streets.  Mann is a pathetic communicator.   

More on Mann is elsewhere.  For now, it suffices for you to know that Michael Mann was NEVER the winner or co-winner of any type of Nobel Prize, ever.  The guy is a liar in an era where it appears that he who lies the most gets the most air time ... and the most money.

As an added note, Australia is almost the size of the United States.  It's a huge continent.

The commercial media spent the Summer of 2022 ranting about cyclical droughts, as if such things never happened before.  It also ranted on one heat anomaly wave in Antarctica that went fast and was rare.  Those weather events were "Gotcha Moments" for people who want you to be stranded at the bus stop and in parking lots ... as they dismantle all common means of transportation, in the name of reducing co2, so that we can all go green.  They fail to realize that it takes co2 to make the greenery.

The media also reported on Lake Mead without mentioning that the population which uses its water has significantly increased, and that Lake Mead started filling-up again ... and that river water meant for Mead is sometimes diverted to the other man-made lakes in the US Southwest and even Mexico, including Lake Powell.  

Well, in August of 2022, CNN did report on the finding that the northern and central sector of the Great Barrier Reef had more coral in it than it has had in the past 36 years.  So, the Australian end of the world has been postponed.  

Coral comprises 1/4 of all marine life in the ocean.  So, the Michael Manns of this world have to go elsewhere, to cry-out that the sky is falling.  Well, Mann can run around and amplify that the southern sector of the reef is decreasing in cover, while hiding the fact that the other two sectors of the reef presently have the most reef cover in 36 years.  That's how the Climate Crisis propaganda works.  It works by having people like Michael Mann suppress the most important and pivotal facts on an issue; to hide a lot of evidence.  After all, Mann did hide the decline.  Guess what other truths Mann hid.

Great Barrier Reef South

Concerning the Southern portion of the reef, it was gaining coral in 2021.  Then came an infestation of hungry crown-of-thorn starfish who reportedly find the coral to be their delicacy of choice.  So, it was starfish, and NOT CO2, eating the Southern region of the coral reef.

Now, this coral cover increase is a huge issue, in light of all the doom-saying about the reef that transpired ... and in light of what was defined as the cause of coral bleaching and the eventual loss of all coral.  Concerning the alleged cause, the personnel paid through political dollars ... such as congressional or parliamentary funding ... claim that "global warming due to the burning of fossil fuels" causes it.  

Actually, those people were referring to "alleged" increased water temperatures as the cause of the bleaching of coral and the disappearance of coral.   This brings us to the obvious observation which gives cause to change the websites that claim warming waters causes the loss of coral reefs.  The observation is simple:

The "warming waters" are still there.  Yet, coral is regenerating.  Therefore, warming water per se is obviously not the cause of coral bleaching and/or coral loss.  It's not the water temperature per se that matters.  It's the behavior of water that matters, in relation to the much more unstable atmosphere above, with its changes in air pressure which is actually predictable per season.

A heat stress event is different than a relatively static water temperature which depends on the season, especially in mid-latitudes and upper-latitudes.  Now, warmer waters of the Tropical Latitudes can enrich and reinforce a low pressure system to the point of having it become headline news, in the form of a cyclone and even a hurricane.  But, any low pressure system comes from the air ... from the atmosphere, often created above land, as is often observed during the annual Cape Verdi Hurricane Season.  That yearly season was well known to the French Empire even before the birth of Napoleon Bonaparte ... and before the birth of the combustible engine.

The general rule is that ======> Planet Earth and its oceans are designed to proliferate the TRANSFER OF HEAT; and not to hoard heat.

The reality is that the oceans are NOT vaults of co2-captured-heat or any other kind of heat coming from the atmosphere.  The oceans are liquid spring boards that create LATENT HEAT that turns into a vapor, while simultaneously rising out of the oceans, getting caught in a wind, and then traveling to the colder latitudes of Planet Earth, thereby accomplishing its mission of Heat Transfer.   Latent Heat involves the RELEASE of heat ... not the absorption of it.   Obama was such a liar.  YOu remember him, perhaps; President Goldman-Sachs Obama, the Drone Strike President who owns a mansion at the Atlantic Coastline, within walking distance of the shoreline, three feet above sea level.

Remember, the atmosphere is always trying to achieve equilibrium, and that is what often causes turbulence and epic weather events to occur.  The attempt to balance-out the Earth's weather conditions, counter-intuitively enough, caused epics weather events.

I repeatedly stated that the vast majority of ocean water is 39 degrees Fahrenheit, all the way to the bottom, where an occasional volcano exists under the massive weight of a massive water basin.  Furthermore, the majority of the ocean is dark.  This is known as the APHOTIC ZONE.  

The depth of the Aphotic Zone in the Pacific, Indian, and Atlantic Oceans is 9,000+ feet.  The depth of the Southern Ocean's Aphotic Zone is 7,400 feet.  And finally, the depth of the Arctic Ocean's Aphotic Zone is 653 feet.  None of that part of the oceans is hoarding any increasing atmospheric heat, and that happens to be a massive amount of cubic area.  The oceans are not big tea pots.  They are only able to absorb and transport throughout its water basins the heat that comes from the Earth's mantle, via sliding tectonic plates.  

Incidentally, recent scientific discoveries concluded that the heat which ended the Major Ice Age, aka the last Glacial Maximum, came from the bottom of the ocean and eventually made its way into the Earth's Atmosphere.  The length of time that it took for this allocation of heat to occur was said ... by the research crew ... to have taken 1,300 years.

In summation, any heat stress endured by coral would be due to ocean water releasing calories during the creation of Latent Heat. Now, such a thing can be habitual.  But, do not think of the existence of a permanent & static temperature (sensible heat) rise permeating through any ocean below the surface level thereof.  Do not think of oceans as storing co2-captured heat in any stiff & static fashion. We are dealing with dynamics, and not statics in this science.  Dynamics deal with staging . . .with changing states ... phases.

Once vaporization has occurred, the temperature of the vaporized substance does NOT increase, even if heat continues to be applied.  So, this will NOT result in a major heat increase at the oceans' surfaces.  The claim that the oceans are warming has shown itself to be nothing more than a predictable con game played by those caught in the middle of the 1999-2016 Global Warming Pause.

The real bottom line is that CO2 did not eat up the Great Barrier Reef ... it did not boil the reef ... and it did not trigger hurricanes/typhoons that reek havoc on coral reefs.  After all, the law of Pressure Gradient Forcing shows that warm periods have less air turbulence, and therefore create less low pressure systems that turn into things called hurricanes.

All in all, other things trigger hurricanes ... not the molecular compound which inhabits less than 1/2 of 1% of the Earth's Atmosphere and which has a night-light's radiative forcing of 3.7 watts per meter squared.  CO2 does NOT drive the other 99.95% of Planet Earth's atmosphere.  

Now, if you insist that greenhouse gases trigger turbulent weather, then you must concede that the only greenhouse gas that has any power do to such a thing is WATER VAPOR only.   CO2 is NOT the Big Bad Wolf.  It's Plant Nectar ... plant food ... plant fertilizer.  CO2 is Pygmalion giving life to a sculpture, on a molecular scale.

Neither atmospheric science nor oceanography is as simplex as American politicians make the two sciences out to be.  American politicians live by the assumption that the average American voter is a dimwit, and even an idiot who can't comprehend anything more than a ten second sound byte.

Also concerning the Great Barrier Reef ... and coral in general:  There is marine life which sees coral as a salad ... as dinner.  It's NOT co2 eating it up.  It's flatworms, starfish, and small red crustaceans doing so.   Therefore, if you want to be a good Climate Nazi, you have to kill all of the starfish and small red crustaceans.  Sieg Heil, baby.

Bleaching

When a reef turns white, it's because a bacteria formerly within it is no longer there.  It's known as zooxanthellae, and the coral is said to expel (or consume) the tan zooxanthellae.  Sometimes there is a colored form of bleaching also, as in the blue and light pink variety.  Some type of stress event is said to trigger the expelling thereof.  A hurricane/typhoon is one such stress event.

None the less, the most important issue is that, if American scientists want to get payed, they have to jump through a political operative's hoop, and cry out that the "burning of fossil fuels" and co2 are causing the Earth to warm to the point of an extinction event.  Perhaps they do realize how ridiculously stupid they sound.  If they do, then they perhaps think that you're too stupid to notice it.  However, there is a difference between a common citizen being stupid and one being deprived of information.

And of course, Michael Mann is the con artist who very falsely claimed that he was a Nobel Prize Laureate.  He also denies the past existence of the Medieval Warm Period (800 - 1300 AD) and the heavily documented Mini Ice Age (1300 - 1840 AD).  He stated that the world's climate was stable and mild throughout the past 1,000 years.  Thus, he denies the Great Southwest American Drought that started in 1279 or so.  

He also denies the dreaded 1313 drought, the Great FAMINE of 1315 - 1317,  the Drought of 1417 that shrunk the Elbe River, the Tudor Drought of 1540-41, the drought of 1616 and a number of other ones which occurred long before the invention of the gasoline engine and the establishment of the coal delivery truck route.  Mann, Climate Nazi that he is, also denies the documented existence of numerous cold weather events that were of the crisis stage caliber, during the Mini Ice Age of 1300 to 1840.  

Mann failed to realize that the historic chronicles of the past, along with thousands of newspaper reports of decades and centuries past, in addition to magazine articles of the same past constitute the TRUE CLIMATE RECORD, along with newly analyzed proxy evidence which gained new discoveries.  Michael Mann's assertions do NOT match the true Climate Record.   Period.

But, in 2022, Australia DID have a "brutal cold snap" & record cold.

Perhaps you heard a certain interview where it was alleged, with confident theatrics, that Australia went through record heat in 2022 so much so that its survival is threatened ... and even its Great Barrier Reef is diminishing irreparably, to the point of skeletal remains.  Well, it would really help for interviewers to keep current on the news and on empirical science reports, before their end-of-the-world climate interviews.  

But of course, the reasonable person assumes that such interviews are orchestrated propaganda ploys ... done for the purposes of pushing for the "carbon tax", "carbon credit" sales, NGO funding to the U.N., Congressional funding to scientists and the U.N., and participation with whoever wants to ride the modern-day gravy train.   In as much, here's the response to the claim that Australia is presently in a state of climate doom:

At this point, remember that Australia is the size of the United States, and it even has ski resorts.  Ironically, one resort that had reconstruction done on it was unable to finish two important elements of construction, due to too much snow in 2022, which impeded the construction crews from finishing the project.  

In fact, it was the Year 2022 when the official report came out, stating that the Great Barrier Reef had its most widespread coral cover in 36 years.  Such a thing was omitted in the unconscionable interview.  And such a thing sounds like the regeneration of Australia, and NOT the end-of-the-world for Australia.

This is more proof that there certainly was cold temperatures on Planet Earth, in June & July of 2022; and that Australia isn't on its final stand.  The American Propaganda Outlets hyper-exaggerated a Northern Hemispheric Summer which was experienced multiple times before, as in the years 2012, 2003 (with tragedy in France), 1988, 1976 (with tragedy in France), 1954, 1936, 1935, 1934, 1922, 1921, 1910, 1896, 1878, and 1871, as well as the years of drought engraved on Elbe River hunger stones.  The dates of drought date back to 1417.   

To this list of similar weather conditions being experienced multiple times before, add the fact that the very costly American Civil War was fought during a long-term drought.  That drought came shortly after the end of the 550 year-long Little Ice Age (approximately 1300-1850) 

Also include the Great Chicago Heatwave of 1995.  More people died in that heatwave than in the Chicago Fire.  (500 deaths vs 300 deaths.)  The CO2 level at the time was 359.7 ppm; approximately 56 ppm LOWER than today.    None the less, the Australia which has been pictured as "on fire" actually does have ski resorts.

In fact, I personally had a specific phone call with an Australian woman this year, in 2022, where she asked for tips on keeping herself warm in her house at night, due to the exceptionally cold winter, in her part of Australia.  All in all, in June of 2022, the whole world was NOT on fire as advertised . . . definitely not in Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, etc.

Just because someone says something during a mainstream media interview, it doesn't make it the truth.  You must test for cracks whatever an interviewed person states.  There are rigged interviews out there.  They are political liars and lying politicians.  And falsehoods don't become the truth IF you believe them.  It simply becomes a matter of you believing in lies.

Consider this philosophy:  On a spherical Planet that has [1] seas of whatever liquid, and [2] solid landmasses of whatever material, as well as [3] overhead clouds of variable behavior, along with [4] a star's light that reaches the planet, the following should apply:

One man's flood is another man's drought.  One man's heatwave is another man's deep freeze.  One man's dry season is another man's Monsoon season.  Etc.

The true reason for weather events exists in the fact that there exists constant atmospheric turbulence between the Earth's air masses, as well as their gradual degrees of air pressure difference all the way down to the surface of the Earth.  

This is also this case, in relation to the fact that the surface of the Earth varies from ~large gyrating liquid basins called oceans to ~running streams called rivers to ~low ground to ~high ground to ~level earth to ~mounded earth of varying heights.  

This constant atmospheric turbulence is also the case, in relation to the fact that the Earth is tilted ... presently at/or around 23.5 degrees.  The tilt of the Earth is the sole reason for its four seasons.  And of course, the four seasons is evidence of the valid existence of Natural Climate Change.  So, think!  The Earth's middle latitudes go through climate change four times a year.

The Earth is constantly moving in a process that acts to "balance out" the whole Planet.  This results in the Great Irony of it all:  In the effort to balance everything out, so much turbulence transacts.  Yes, a lot of things cross paths throughout Planet Earth's atmosphere which create confrontational situations.  The confrontational situations lead to sweeping actions ... like a broom ... that sweeps away all in the way.  After the calamity, there are clear skis.  

The Earth's history of costly weather events might seem randomly chaotic, but it's not.  It's quite organized, and it has gotten really costly to the inhabitants of Planet Earth, time after time after time again.

Michael Mann's Australia-is-doomed narrative is easily provable bull crap. It's just another con artist scare tactic.

So, where is all this end-of-the-world Australian doom Michael Mann was talking about?

My many 2022 Australian phone conversations informed me that hockey stick man, Michael Mann, was & is COMPLETELY full of fraud, in his dramatic, end-of-the-world theatrics, regarding his Australia-is-Doomed Show.  It started a couple years or so ago.  Nothing of the Doom Story that he has thus far told has been occurring in the proportion of time & space & intensity that Mann has been insinuating.  In fact, the opposite happened in Victoria and in the Coral Reef, as well as elsewhere in Australia.  

 

Now remember, according to Michael Mann, you should never spend any money on a vacation to Australia.  That's a form of false light defamation against the Australian tour industry.  After all, if people listen to Mann and decide to avoid Australia like a disease, then he basically robbing the Australian tour industry of its income.

 

Mann spoke of a possible future of Australian climate refugees.  Well, let's see.  We can start with the news that there definitely are Victorian dams which are full, as of 2022.  The others have been filling without impediment.  Some are overflowing.  No drought there.  Therefore, all of the predictions of a permanent Australian drought prove to be a matter of total incompetence on the part of the predictors.   They literally need to be removed from their posts, and their funding be revoked from them.  Not a joke.  They're emotional terrorists who spent at least 16 years terrifying schoolchildren.  And it's not a matter of them being well-meaning, though bumbling, buffoons.  They are deliberate liars who do things such as "hide the decline."

And to think, Obama's own EPA head was UNABLE to tell the House of Reps, during a hearing, what percentage of the atmosphere is CO2.  Well, it's less than one-half of 1%, at 42 parts per 100,000.  Nitrogen is 78,000 parts per 100,000, incidentally, and Oxygen is 21,000 parts per 100,000.

But of course, ever so coincidentally, Australia is on the other side of the world.  So, it looks as if Mann could easily get away with lying about things on the other side of the world, without 300+ MILLION Americans ever finding out about it.   Well, for starters, Australia recently had record cold and it had ski lodges open-for-business.   Yes, Australia gets snow. 

New South Wales, Australia.  A nation the size of the U.S. has snow.

Now, Australia is the size of the continental (contiguous) United States.  And of course, the weather is nowhere near the same throughout the United States.  So, you can't use one sentence to describe all of Australia as much as you cannot use one sentence to describe all of the United States.  We in America have snow country and desert-land ...  mountain ranges and flat lands ... hard water and soft water ... clay land and shale land ... as well as a corn belt that overlaps the Goiter Belt where iodine is non-existent.  

For the record, Australia is 2.9 million square miles in size.  It's the 6th largest nation on Earth and 1.7 MILLION square miles larger than India (which happens to be the 7th largest nation on Earth.)  It's also 2.2 million square miles larger than Texas.  This is why a person halfway around the world can instantly tell that any Australia-Is-Doomed tale is another Climate Nazi lie.  It's because the doomsday tales omit mention of the diversity and size of the Australian landmass.  

In addition to snow, Australia even gets Monsoons.   Remember, 370 BILLION American taxpayer-indebtedness dollars have been shelled out for this game-playing.  This game was taken to Australia.   So, where is all this end-of-the-world climate doom in Queensland, anyway?

Chevron Island, Queensland.  So, where is the drought and the brown tree leaves?

Moreover, it was in the Year 2022 when it was officially reported that two of the three Great Barrier Reef regions had the most coral cover in 36 years.  The third region of the Great Barrier Reef became a smorgasbord for hungry crown-of-thorn starfish.  All in all, the Great Barrier Reef is categorically regenerating, and this news invalidates Michael Mann's predictions of doom, as much as it negates his competency.  Mann looks to be too incompetent to make any forecast longer than five days into the future, if that long.

 Now, the 30th Parallel South Latitude runs through Southern Australia.  That latitude is where the Hadley Convection Cell exists, thereby causing the existence of deserts.  Thus, the desert lands of Australia are only there, because of a high pressure descending air convection cell, and NOT because of CO2  or  N2O  or  Methane  or whatever else the Global Warmists claim to be the cause of doom.   

For those unaware, all major deserts are on the 30th parallel, North & South, due to super large convection cells that circumference the Earth.  In addition, there are moderate deserts located on the Leeward side of Mountain ranges.  So stated for the record.

In addition, the Northern territory of Australia can be rough, and the Tropic of Cancer runs through the center of Australia.  Rugged land, yes.  But, Michael Mann is trying to deceive humanity into thinking that co2 only recently caused Australia to look the way it has looked for thousands of years.  You had to have heard of the Australian Outback.  Correct?  CO2 did NOT create it.   It has been around for a long time.

All in all, in my opinion (protected by U.S. Supreme Court case-law authority Times vs Sullivan) Michael Mann is a premeditated liar ... an outright con artist.  It's no mystery why Tim Ball said that Michael Mann belongs in the State Pen.  Lots of money was conned out of Congress, in the name of man-made-co2-driven Climate Change.  There still exists "theft by deception" in the law books, and there still exists in the U.S. Code, the False Claims Act. 

It would have been nice if someone would have told the public that only 42 parts per 100,000 is the concentration of atmospheric co2 --- that co2 only comprises 0.042% of the Troposphere.  It would have been nicer if someone would have told the public that far worse weather disasters, in number and in intensity, occurred in recent decades and in recent centuries, as well as in distant centuries.  In fact, it would be nice to have a government who doesn't constantly lie to its people.

Okay,  I'm ready to see all the Australian climate change doom that Michael Mann's talking about.  Hey, where'd it go?  All I see is Woodstock for seemingly well-fed kangaroos.

Yet Another Michael Mann Lie

And remember, ladies & gentlemen, if it weren't for Michael Mann pushing his fraudulent end-of-the-world hockey stick graph, in his claiming that doom is soon to be here, you would not have to have payed $4.50, $5.50, and even $6.50 per gallon for fuel, just so that you could go from Usual Point A to Usual Point B.  After all, it was Mann who claimed that the Planet Earth's climate was mild for a thousand consecutive years, and then was made into a tempest by the Industrial Revolution.  

The truth is that turbulence is an aspect of the round, rotating, and tilted Earth's atmosphere.  Look at the time-lapsed video of cloud masses, if you don't believe this to be the case.  Then, simply look into the history of shipping, during the Age of Exploration ... and colonization.   

In summary . . .  in the past one thousand years, there have been hundreds and hundreds of documented sea storms and the accompanying destruction of ships and even fleets.  For example, there were 120 Spanish-language documentations of sea storms, for the 16th Century alone.  Even the Famous Ponce de Leon reported a 1508 storm.

During the past one thousand years, there were also numerous droughts, floods, early frosts, diseased crops, failed crops, diseased orchards, heatwaves, famines, rain storms, lightning storms, snow storms, floating icebergs, deep freezes, ice stacking, glacier rise, glacial melt, landslides, avalanches, wildfires, forest fires, plagues of insects, epidemics, pandemics, etc, all when atmospheric co2 levels were very low.

Mann made it sound as if, not listening to him would cause climate chaos and World War III.  Wrong.  Listening to him and following his Nazi guidelines is what is causing World War III to transpire, if not a dominoes effect of civil wars.

Tim Ball

You know, when the Mann v Tim Ball lawsuit came to a close, Tim Ball let me know that he intended on letting the world know how much suffering Michael Mann caused him to endure.  All that Tim Ball said, to trigger the lawsuit, was that, "Michael Mann is at Penn State, and he should be in the State Pen."  That one sentence caused Tim to release his financial reserves, out of desperation.  

Tim could not spend the remaining years of his life in peace.  He had to be tortured by Michael Mann.  Michael Mann showed that he does not care about humanity.  He has no sensitivity for human suffering, evidenced by him causing human suffering.  After all, how much money do the poor have to pay at the gas pumps, during the Biden administration years?

BTW, Tim Ball extended courtesies and diplomacy toward me, because I am the son of an United States Air Force decorated combat vet, and Tim was a pilot in the Canadian Air Force.  So, Tim reached out to me, out of respect for my father.  Plus, I did ask Tim for some advise on undoing the blatant meteorological, statistical, and historical lies told by the Gore-Hansen-Mann cabal.  

 

This Climate Con Game is so blatant.  It's like reading a trick question.  How could people not instantly see it ?  Oh, they were never taught textbook material that was known long before Al Gore put his face in front of a camera.  

 

In not allowing that textbook material to be readily spoken on TV, it is equivalent to doing a Nazi book burning, on a Crystal Night.  Nice Freedom of Speech that Al Gore, Michael Mann, and Captain Bow-tie allow, not to mention . . .           Oh, that's right.  I can't mention it.

Antarctica's smallest "sea ice extent maximum" (2023) was the size of RUSSIA.

This is an October 2023 NASA satellite product.  Take a look at the vastness & magnitude of sea & land ice that was present at the Southern Polar Cap, during a time when certain propagandists claimed that Antarctica was in an "once-in-a-7.5-million-year" "extreme ice melt."  Well, that's extreme bull crap.  Compare the ice sheet's size to Australia and South America.   

Newscasters of 2023 reported that Antarctica was in the process of "extreme" ice melt during its 2023 Winter Season ... during its six months of sun-deprived darkness.  In fact, one journalist claimed that the Weddell Sea was a melting mess.  Well, the asininity in believing this assertion is that the Weddell Sea comprises 1.08 MILLION square miles of surface area, and its widest section spans 1,200 miles across.  Something that size will not melt while there is no sunlight to melt it.

Furthermore, the Weddell Sea's continuous ice sheet is connected to the Ronne-Filchner Ice Shelf which happens to have the same surface area as does California.  Historically speaking, the gigantic Weddell Sea has been known to have tight ice packs.  Moreover, temps throughout Antarctica are usually -10 to -60 degrees Fahrenheit, during wintertime.  Therefore, to claim that air temperatures were drastically melting Antarctica during the dark & sunless wintertime is to spread two pivotal lies in one statement.  

[1a] The actual fact is that not as much sea ice formed around the Antarctic Continent in 2023, as it did last year ... or the year prior (when Antarctica had its coldest winter in recorded history) ... or during any year of the Satellite Era.  This means that 2023 was declared to be the year with the least amount of MAXIMUM sea ice extent.  Yet, 90% of the sea ice which usually forms around Antarctica each winter did form in 2023.  As you can see in the NASA product above, there is still a super massive amount of ice within ... and also beyond ... the Antarctic Circle.  The concept of "massive ice loss" is a massive lie.

[1bi] Let it be repeated:  The Antarctic Winter of 2023 was NOT a matter of melting ice.  It was a matter of not as large an amount of sea ice being formed around the Antarctic continent as usually forms there.  Even at that, only 10% less was formed there.  There was no "warm air" melting Antarctic sea ice during the Winter of 2023.  Antarctica was simply forming only 90% of the sea ice that it usually does.

The Russian landmass is 6.32 MILLION square miles.  The 2023 Antarctic Maximum Sea Ice Extent was larger than Russia, at 6.55 MILLION square miles.  And 2023 was the year of the least amount of sea ice surrounding Antarctica, during Antarctic wintertime.  The lesson here is that Antarctic wintertime sea ice extent has been massive every year.

[2a]  The lowest amount of "maximum sea ice extent" is not that much less than the usual amount that has been measured, year after year, from 1981 to 2010.  The usual amount of Antarctic sea ice extent is known as the "median."  The median is the middle number in a list of numbers.  

[2b] In addition, "sea ice extent" is defined as being any surface area of the sea which is comprised of 15% or more of ice.

[2c] Likewise, the highest amount of Antarctic sea ice extent ... which occurred in 2014 ... was not at all very much higher than the median --- than the usual amount.  All in all, there was no extreme ice melt in 2023, and there was not even "extreme" sea ice absence in the same year.  Likewise, there was not any extreme sea ice gain in 2014, even though 2014 was the year of the most sea ice area in the Satellite Era.  The hyper-exaggerations must cease on both sides of the equation.  

We now proceed to the Sunspot Cycles Illustrated ... throughout the past.

Notes:  [1] In 1980, during a high sunspot year ... during a sunspot cycle summit ... Dallas Texas had FORTY-TWO consecutive 100F+ days.  [2] The Year 2003 ... a high year for the Sunspot Cycle ... was tragically hot, especially for Paris.  [3] There was a drought in America from 1988 to 1990, and that was during a very high sunspot activity time span.  [4] 1983 was recognized by NOAA as the most active sunspot year, for most of the months in that year.  Go and read about the North American Drought of 1983-1985.  It was during that drought when global warming was first mentioned on TV. 

In going further back into history, the highest sunspot activity between 1600 and 1800 C.E. occurred two years prior to the year of the most deadly hurricane in history.  The deadliest Atlantic hurricane emerged in October of 1780.  It resulted in 22,000 or more deaths.

In the following year, the French Navy made sure that it was not going to get caught in another Caribbean hurricane season.   So, the French fleets travelled northward, to help General George Washington in the Battle of Yorktown.

However, this 1780 hurricane would usually be a contradiction, pursuant to the law of Pressure Gradient Force.  This is because cooler atmospheric conditions are accompanied by the more turbulent skies than the much warmer ones.  So, the question for this event would be ===>  'How much cooler was the Arctic than the Equator at this time?'  After all, the more distant the temperatures between the Polar regions and the Equator, the more turbulence there is.  The point to mentioning this hurricane is that far more destructive natural disasters occurred when atmospheric co2 level was much lower than it is today. 

In addition:  [I] There was the Blizzard of 1996, during a low sunspot year.  [II] The Winter of 2007-2008 had record cold weather, and that occurred during a low sunspot cycle year.  [III] Accuweather regarded 2009 as having been "defined by snowstorms of historic proportion and record cold."  This was during a solar cycle low.  [IV]  The Winter of 2009-2010 started with a great blizzard.  It also occurred during a solar cycle low period.

WWII was known for viciously cold weather during some of its battles.  Bastogne, in late 1944, is one such example.  Below is the sunspot record for 1944, and of course, the index below is posted pursuant to the US Fair Use Act.

The lesson is that, it's very immature, asinine, and narrow-minded to reduced all considerations for climate assessment to the trace amount of co2 that exists in the Earth's atmosphere.  Doing so is merely a ploy to deceive you into thinking that you cannot live without Al Gore and other propagandists whose names aren't worth mentioning.  In reality, the doomsayer projections ... based on computer models and NOT based on observed outdoor reality ... claims that feedbacks will cause a revving-up of heating.  Yet, most feedbacks in nature are negative & depletive; not positive and accumulative.  In the past, cold periods and hot periods came all at once . . . not after a mythological "tipping point" is achieved.

Concerning any of those occasional heated-years not coinciding with the solar sunspot cycle, check to see if it were an El Nino Year.  This includes the El Nino year of 1976, when the solar cycle was at it low-point.  There was a tragic heatwave that year, especially in Paris.

Even though 2014 was a peak year in sunspot activity, it was in one of the lowest Solar Cycles, compared to the other ones in recent record-keeping.  That low-activity cycle was SC24.  And of course, 2014 was the year with the most sea ice extent maximum in Antarctica's modern record-keeping.  Yet, two years prior was the heat wave of 2012.  

Moreover, in the 1700s, co2 was far less in the atmospher than it is today, at 280 ppm.  Compared to today's 420 ppm, co2 was two-thirds of what it is today.  Yet, 1780 was the year of the most disastrous hurricane of them all ... thus far, in human history.   Thus, the claim that major hurricanes are more frequent and vicious today is a lie.  So too is the case with droughts.  

Climate is much more intricate than what the doomsayers claim it to be, as they reduce all consideration of climate to co2 which comprises less than 1/2 of 1% of the atmosphere.  Specifically co2 is 1/2,381st of Earth's Atmosphere.   This means that, for every 2,381 molecules in the sky, only one of them is co2.  That's not very much.  

If you were to compare the atmosphere to the Rose Bowl, then only 42 of the 100,000 seats would be occupied by co2.   78,000 of those seats would be occupied by Nitrogen, and 21,000 of those seats would be occupied by Oxygen.  In addition, argon would occupy 930 seats.

Concerning methane, only one seat would be occupied for every 5 Rose Bowls.  Methane exists at 2 parts per million on Earth, and it ready converts into co2 within Earth's atmosphere.  

Within the atmospheres of Venus and Mars, co2 exists at approximately 960,000 parts per million.  So, compare Mars' 960,000ppm to Earth's 420ppm.  There is literally 2,285 times more co2 on a much colder Mars than on Planet Earth.  Thus, there's no comparison between Mars and Earth, as well as Venus and Earth.

Water Vapor, aka Humidity, is the only greenhouse gas that affects Planet Earth

As far as goes "greenhouse gases," only water vapor carries any weight in this matter.  You have probably heard the phrase, "It's not the heat.  It's the humidity."  Well, the heat is literally in the humidity.  And of course, humidity is defined as "the concentration of water vapor in the air."  Moreover, cirrus clouds have infrared-heat-retaining ability also.  Cirrus clouds are ice.  Take note of the contradiction, where ice in the sky helps to keep the Earth from turning into a globe of ice.

Also keep in mind that one of the three molecular vibrations of co2 causes co2 to be incapable of retaining any infrared heat.  This is why there was an ice age when the co2 count was 9.5 times higher than it is today ... the Ordovician Ice Age.  BTW, the vibrations are called "dipole moments."

As far as goes the total amount of the September 2023's maximum Antarctic sea ice extent, it was literally the size of 81 Minnesotas ... or ...  115 Michigans.   That is NOT extreme Antarctic ice loss in any capacity or in any definition thereof.  You need to realize that you're being conned by the media, by your government, by in-your-face activists, and by scientists who want a share of that $370 billion US Congressional "climate appropriation."

The climate doomsayers hyper-exaggerated the whole thing, in order to scare you into submission.  For people who simply viewed a bit of weather history, by means of looking at archived newspapers, almanacs, weather reports, and magazines, the whole Antarctic Scare was so ridiculous that the "global boiling" people lost their credibility . . . as usual.  Temperatures were extremely hot in 1895-96, 1901, 1905, 1911 (tragic death toll), 1913, 1921-22, 1931, 1934-36, 1958-59, 1976 (tragic death toll), 1988-90, 1998, 2003 (tragic death toll), and 2012, as well as 1757, 1540, 1279, etc, etc, etc, etc.  Climate is cyclical.

[BTW]  Concerning the claim that the "burning of fossil fuels" destroyed the Florida coral reefs, it only takes one hurricane to uproot coral.  That is par for the course.  Moreover, when a hurricane comes and goes, it causes "upwelling."  This results in colder water and life-giving nutrients coming to the surface of the ocean area where a hurricane recently passed-by.  It's the sign of a money-grabbing fraud to blame every weather event on co2 and the "burning of fossil fuels."

[A] Remember, politicians hyper-exaggerate weather & climate circumstances to the point of claiming the existence of a crisis, in order to get taxpayer dollars into their districts, thereby getting themselves re-elected.  Activists do so, in order to get money into their 501C corporations' bank accounts and also into their own bank accounts, as commission salary.  United Nations personnel do the same hyper-exaggerating, in order to get money and influence also.  The whole thing is a money-grab & a power-grab.

[B]  Yet, the vocal & visual media mentions nothing of the real environmental disaster of today, namely =====> the glut of synthetic chemicals thrusted upon humanity, thereby affecting endocrine systems, respiratory systems, DNA chains, vulnerability to cancer development, and additional medical conditions.  Chemical influx is a form of assault and battery on susceptible bodies.  This too was previously explained at this site.  There's a search box at the top righthand side of this page.

[C] In review, the Antarctic "once-in-a-7.5-million-year" doomsday hoax and other climate hyper-exaggerations were a matter of nerd boys, politicians, and in-your-face activists vying for a share of that $370 BILLION (US taxpayer dollar) appropriation made by the US Congress.  The climate crisis town-criers want a chunk of that taxpayer dough.  They want a lot of G.W.s (George Washingtons).  They want Chase Manhattan cabbage leaves ... Crane and Company's finest greenery ... the Bureau of Engraving & Printing's finest scripted legal tender.  Yes, that is what they really mean when they say that they are "going green."  And green they have gone.

Going Green, anyone?   All aboard, as we terrify schoolchildren with predictions of climate woe.

[i] Now, the newscasters & journalists stated that the 2023 "loss of" Antarctic sea ice extent --- when comparing it to the usual "median amount"  --- was equal to the size of British Columbia.

[ii] The newscasters & journalists also stated that the "loss of" Antarctic sea ice extent in 2023 was equal to the size of British Columbia & Alberta Canada combined, when comparing it to the highest amount of sea ice extent ... of the sea ice which surrounded Antarctica in 2014.

[iii] The newscasters and literary journalists reported that the 2023 sea ice extent area was 398,000 square miles less than the previous record-low year of 1986.  And of course, this is literally the square mileage of 5 Minnesotas ... or ... 7 Michigans.  It's also the size of the Western African nation of Mauritania.  It surely seems like a lot of missing ice, until you realize how much sea ice extent did form around the Antarctic Continent in the Winter of 2023.  Observe:

Now, the difference between the most sea ice extent ever recorded during the Satellite Era and the least amount is 15.2%.  That is to say that 2023's sea ice extent was 84.8% of Antarctica's known record high.  This also means that the 2023 Antarctic Sea Ice Extent Maximum was the size of ELEVEN British Columbias.  The size of the 2023 Antarctic sea ice extent max was also equal to 25 Alberta Provinces.   It's furthermore 7.88 times the size of British Columbia & Alberta Province combined. 

For the record, British Columbia's land area is 574,884 square MILES.  The land area of Alberta Province (Canada) is 255,541 square MILES.  Together, both provinces comprise  830,425 square miles.  That happens to be the size of Greenland.  This means that the least amount of wintertime Antarctic sea ice extent was the size of SEVEN & a half Greenlands.  Greenland is 836,330 sq miles in surface area.  BTW, Saudi Arabia is the size of Greenland, in surface area.

Furthermore, the difference between the highest Wintertime sea ice extent and the usual amount (aka, the Median) is 7%.  Yes, the usual & expected amount of wintertime Antarctic sea ice extent is 93% of the record-breaking 2014 high.  Then there is the matter of 2023's sea ice extent being 90% of the usual Antarctic sea ice extent maximum.  Now, 90% of 7,230,000 square miles is a lot of ice.  Where is this "extreme ice loss?"

In review, NASA and other entities long since stated that it's expected for 85% of the wintertime Antarctic sea ice to melt, by the end of the Antarctic summer.  The same agencies stated that it's normal for 60% of the wintertime Arctic sea ice to melt, by the end of the Northern Hemispheric summer.  Thus, at the end of Antarctic summer, approx 15% of the sea ice should be remaining.  At the end of Arctic summer, a third of the Arctic wintertime ice should be remaining ... and less will be remaining during an El Nino year ... and also during the high year in the 11 year sunspot cycle.  (The sunspot cycle is a discourse of its own.)

It's not exactly April in Paris, boys & gargoyles.  When you pack for your trip to Antarctica, you do not need to take any suntan lotion ... or sunscreen.  The temperatures on the two calendars below here are 2023 temperatures.  Well, 2023 was supposed to be a once-in-a-7.5-million year Antarctic meltdown.  The two temperature calendars below show the opposite.

We continue with "the math"

It is a pivotal lie to claim that Antarctica has been going through a trend of ice loss and temperature increase for years.  This is because the coldest known wintertime in Antarctic history occurred two years ago, in 2021.  This, alone, destroys the entire co2 narrative.  CO2 was on the rise for decades, before & while Antarctica had its coldest known winter in history.  If the "CO2 Narrative" were true, then Antarctica would not have come close to having had its coldest winter two years ago ... or four years ago ... or six years ago ... or 26 years ago.

Plus, the Antarctic Peninsula is a lot closer to Chile than it is to the South Pole.  The distance between the South Pole and  the Antarctic Peninsula is 1,550 miles (from Rothera Station), 1,712 miles (from Vernadsky Station), and 1,840 miles (from Esperanza Station) to the South Pole.  Thus, one expects the Antarctic peninsula to be less cold than the interior sections of the 5.4 million square mile Antarctic Continent.  Part of the Antarctic Peninsula is outside of the Antarctic Circle.

Antarctica is a desert.  There are places there which have not received rain or snow in extremely long time spans.  Both Polar Caps of Planet Earth are high pressure & dry air convention cells.  Furthermore, when you have extremely cold weather, you have dry air.  

Now, a newscast claimed that the 9.5% less of the wintertime sea ice median harms penguins.  The claim was that penguins need ice to spawn a new generation of penguins.  Well, penguins look for dry land, in order to enable them to keep their eggs warm.  If you want penguins to become extinct, make sure that all of the Antarctic Continent is under a sheet of ice.

Now, look at the NSIDC's October visualization for Antarctica below.  You will see a lot of area occupied by ice.  There is no super massive Antarctic ice loss transpiring.  The Antarctic climate hysteria is merely a pathetic attempt at con artistry.  These people should be sued for gigantic amounts of money in a class action lawsuit, for the Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, especially upon the schoolchildren they have been unjustly terrifying since 2006 and the showing of Al Gore's absolutely pathetic science fiction movie.  

BTW, the glaciers on Kilimanjaro do NOT undergo melting.  They undergo "sublimination."  That's when ice turns into water vapor without first melting into the liquid state.  I've already explained sublimation at this site, in another discourse ... in another post.  There's a search box above, to the right.

Federal Communications Commission

Those climate-hysteria entities should also have their FCC licenses revoked, based on "failure to serve the Public Interest."  The doomsday scientists, activists, and politicians are inciting violence, in telling weak minds that the world will soon come to an end, if you let people use gas stoves.  

There is also the matter of the False Claims Act which involves whistleblowers filing a civil action in federal court.  The original complaint is then kept confidential for a short period of time, and there's more to mention about the procedure.  It can be learned online ... or in a law class.  I don't have the time to explain it.  Others have already done so.  

BTW, when a False Claims Act complaint is filed, keeping it temporarily confidential is known as placing the complaint "in camera."  This refers to being kept in "a private chamber," so that no one can read it.   In Latin, it was known as "in pectore," meaning "held to the breast," so that no one could it.  Some American legal language needs to be changed, pursuit to the change in language since the 18th Century.

The thesis statement is that you are being lied-to massively.  All you have to do is look at weather history & newspaper archives, NASA satellite imagery,  NSIDC visualizations, an atmospheric science book or two, a bit of oceanography textbook material, etc.  

When you find the textbook material, look up [1] Pressure Gradient Force (as in Baroclinic and Barotropic stability/instability,) as well as Eckman Transport & the Coriolis Effect.  All in all, the media and certain scientists ... along with in-your-face activists ... think that you are far too lazy to read and far too stupid to understand anything that you read, anyway.  Yet, the material which proves their assertions to be blatant falsehoods is easily attainable at present.  The politicians, activists, and scientists see themselves as superior minds, possessed with the ability to cleverly trick you . . . to trick you, a member of "the little people."  

Yes, you're the "little people."  The problem is that they are the stereotypical high school, [1] nerds, [2] dorks, [3] wedgie-boys, [4] dweebs who repulsed us during our high school years.  And of course, they are still creeping us out, to this day.  Are you going to let nerd boys dictate your life?
