There's one thing that the US Congress needs to understand. And it's important to note that this comment is coming from an American-born American who carries a very Latin last name.
The comment is coming from an American who literally knows what it is to be called, "a Spic," even though he's actually "a Quido" with Southern Italian DNA, amongst a few other European base lines:

You can call Kristi Noem unqualified or incompetent or lacking in logistics. But, you can't call her a premeditated killer, felon, traitor, etc. HOWEVER, she had excellent results with the Southern Border. The Northern Border was what did her in. Her problem was that she was too presumptive. Negligent. An embarrassment. a Distraction. But, not a traitor.
A Congressional "Chump Change Shirley" plays Mr Tough Guy
During a recent US House hearing, an asinine congressional rep told Kristi Noem that Donald Trump will be gone one day, and he won't be around to protect Kristi, any longer ... but that the congresswoman will still be there with her band of Trump hating politicians ...
... and that she will make sure that she will hold Kristi fully accountable for the actions of others which the congresswoman blames on Kristi. After all, Kristi was NOT the one blowing whistles in the face of law enforcement agents and ramming automobiles into Border Patrol vehicles, while blocking their way to criminals who already had the paperwork on them finished and filed.
Okay folks, what is deadly wrong with this picture painted by the "Tough Guy" Congress Lady?
ANS: She is in the LEGISLATIVE branch of government, and NOT in the judicial branch. Thus, she has no power to prosecute Kristi Noem.
The most she can do is be part of an impeachment process, and such a thing doesn't come close to the Tokyo War Crimes Trials. It's the Senate which then becomes the jury, after the House impeaches a federal official.
Since 1789, only 21 humans were impeached by the House. Fifteen of them were judges, and only one cabinet member has ever been impeached.

Perhaps the Congresswoman's response would be that she will get legislation soon passed that will declare all of Kristi's actions illegal and punishable by prison time and fines ... or even by the death penalty. Now, what is the asininity of such a "presumptive "claim?
ANS: The United States constitution FORBIDS ex-post facto laws. Case closed.
The Congresswoman claimed that Kristi terrorized children as a matter of habit, as well as having done evil after evil. So, what is asinine about that statement?
ANS: Kristi had ICE agents and Border Patrol agents concentrate their efforts also in WASHINGTON DC, in MEMPHIS, and in NEW ORLEANS, and everything went fine there, for the most part.
Nothing that happened in Minneapolis ... to the degree in which it transpired there ... occurred in Washington DC, in Memphis, or in New Orleans. In fact, the New Orleans expedition was regarded as ICE coming, doing their thing, and going, with little extra-curricular incidents.
So, how is it that Kristi Noem had ICE do in Minneapolis exactly what is regarded as legal in DC, in Memphis, and in New Orleans, with it being declared a crime only in Minneapolis ... and maybe in LA ... and perhaps in Chicago.
Whatever be the activity, anything which is done in New Orleans and is not considered a crime in federal law is that which is done in Minneapolis and is equally NOT considered a crime there.
Concerning any state laws, federal law always supersedes state law. So, when a federal law and a state law conflict, the state law is automatically invalid ... non-existent.
Renee Good killed herself, by listening to her Elmer-Fudd-looking Lesbian Sugar Bunny
Renee Good committed contributory negligence in her death, and even died while hitting a Border Patrol agent with her 4,000 lb SUV. In fact, if you park in the middle of any street sideways, the police will instantly come and get that vehicle off the street ASAP, and you will be going to either jail or to a mental institution, for observation.
Pretti, Mr Tough Guy, became a dead man
The Anger-ridden Pretti stood in the middle of the street, 1] as if he took over the government and became a self-assigned traffic cop, 2] while placing his camera phone in the direction of passing cars, 3] as if he were trying to identify and reveal ICE agents, for public knowledge.
That's called doxing, and that makes you a danger to law enforcement officers. Pretti was also carrying a loaded weapon, and if he were arrested the week prior, for his anger outburst, he would still be unknown and alive today.
At the hour of his death, Pretti was first escorted to the sidewalk, and then, he went back to the middle of the street which was a through-traffic street, where cars regularly travel. His violent tendencies were already known. Then came the "cell-phone-in-the-face" lady. She is the one who got Pretti killed, by cause of her asinine buffoonery.
Replacement, Markwayne Mullin
We'll see if Replacement Markwayne Mullin is prepared to prevent any Border Patrol occurrence which will be used in Democrat Party propaganda, to incite rioting and even assassination
The democrats look for any excuse to damn Trump and his people, and then the same Dems hyper-exaggerate it, to the point of inciting rioting or assassination attempts. Thus, to Frey and Walz I say ... Nuremberg American Style, coming soon enough to a theater or drive-in near you.
Tough Guy Congresswoman
The vicious Congresswoman made herself look like the asinine buffoon she is, during the hearing. She spent her time slandering Kristi Noem. We'll see how much bullying she'll perform on Mullin.
Now, it was the Minneapolis protestors who were crossing the line, committing crimes, one of which was aiding and abetting a criminal or two or two hundred.
And of course, keep in mind that the Democrat Party politicians want illegals kept in America, so that these illegals can quickly be granted citizenship and the right to vote democrat. It's the Democrat Party's way of rigging the next ten elections.
Also remember, federal law always SUPERCEDES state law. The United States government is far more powerful than the government of Minnesota ... and Maryland ... and Illinois ... and even California combined. Maine too. Those are the troublemaker states, along with Massachusetts.
The Congresswoman is the actual criminal
The crime that was committed recently was committed by that vicious and hate-filled Congresswoman, in her giving terroristic threats to Kristi Noem, all the while inciting rioting against Kristi Noem and even inciting the assassination of Kristi Noem.
Of course, the prosecutors who dropped the rape and violent assault charges against ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT Abdul Jalo, are criminals too. They are the reason for Nuremberg-type trials & Cromwell Regicide-type trials.
To that vicious hag congresswoman who really did commit a crime in front Kristi Noem, I say ... "Nuremberg American Style, coming soon enough, to a theater or drive-in near you."
Trump will have nothing to do such Nuremberg-type proceedings, being that he will be out of office soon enough. Others will be in power when such a court arrives.
Quick Lesson
As a quick lesson, the difference between a Nuremberg-style court and the present International Court of Justice is that Nuremberg-style trials involve actual judges already attached to existent sovereign nations. At the first set of Nuremberg trials, two judges each were contributed by the USA, the USSR, the UK, and France. Four of those judges were placed as auxiliary ones, much like relief pitchers in a bull pen ... in baseball.
A World Court configuration involves persons elected for a judicial term who are not practicing judges of any sovereignty at all.
Today's 15 World Court judges were elected to nine year terms each, by the UN General Assembly. These are people who may have experience in diplomacy, or in teaching law, or in having been legal advisors, but they do not bring with them any sovereign nation's coercive power.
All in all, today's World Court has 0% coercive power. Thus, it's 100% worthless.
Concerning the congresswoman whose name I am withholding, so that this post doesn't get flagged with a complaint of doxing or inciting hatred, she is one of those people dedicated to "giving them France 1789."
Her role is the role of Robespierre, and perhaps you know what happened to Robespierre. The Dems seem to have a lot of Robespierre types today. They're sharpening-up the guillotines.
