Needless to state, two different cameras produced two separate videos of the same scene.

For whatever it's worth, Real Clear Politics, NewsMax, and four other entities (thus far) have reported on the January 13th video of a man getting violent with an ICE vehicle and getting violent with his mouth.  The enraged man did do some spitting, in addition to yelling.  But, he also kicked out a rear brake light lens of an ICE vehicle, as if he were trying to kick a 55 yard field goal.

This resulted in an ICE agent coming out of the vehicle and pushing the man to the sidewalk and then flinging him in a 180 degree swing back on to the street.  Other agents then joined-in, to subdue him.   

The enraged man had a face and a jacket similar to the man who tragically died on Nicollet Avenue, Minneapolis, on January 24th.  The January 13th, on the other hand, is said to have occurred at the corner of East 36th Street & Park Avenue, in Minneapolis, at 10:15 am.  

The only important question to answer here is if whether or not both videos are real or if they are part of an elaborate high tech forgery ... or if they are the result of a super astronomical coincidence.  You're going to have to go elsewhere for that answer.  Thus, the five links are posted below as, "alleged" & "uncertain," as well as "dependent upon expert confirmation."  

None the less, if the videos are real, then the case is closed on that guy, in as so far as goes him not being the loving & holy martyr he is being made out to be.  If that video is real, then it is proven that that guy was given his warnings and disregarded them.  

In fact, if that video is real, then Kristi Noem is not the liar we all thought she was.  It's simply that we assumed she meant that the alleged harassment & belligerence committed by Alex Pretti occurred all in one morning, as opposed to it having occurred over a span of at least eleven days ... at least in two of those days.  

Maybe Kristi was given inaccurate information, or maybe she misinterpreted it, out of the stress & pressure Jacob Frey is manipulating people in Minneapolis to put on the federal government of the United States of America.  

In either case, Jacob Frey acts as if he is superior to the United States of America and that all Americans must bow to him.  And remember, Jacob Frey is the one who manipulated the 2020 riots which incinerated buildings and cars in Minneapolis.  

Frey is the one who made a career criminal on fentanyl at the time of death look like a holy martyr in Heaven ... if Heaven is the place for career criminals and drug addicts who died shortly after they literally attempted to escape from the rear passenger side door of a police car.

Walz & Frey are accountable for Pretti. Meanwhile, a Minnesota Viking veteran supports ICE

Above:  MINNEAPOLIS, in the Year 2020.  Frey started it, with his theatrics.  Those theatrics incited rioting.  As a result, Minneapolis would soon be filled with the smell of burnt tires.  THEREFORE, when Frey says that he cares about keeping Minneapolis citizens save, he's a liar.  He proved himself to be a liar in 2020.

From Personal Experience, I know that ...

When police surround you, you need to immediately show your hands and stop moving!!!  You then do exactly what police tell you to do, if you want to stay alive.  And then, when the police finally know that you're safe, they stop telling you to do anything.  I know this from personal experience.

Once, there was a gunman on-the-loose in my area ... a metropolitan area near a huge university and six Super Bowl trophies.  Well, I was coming out of a construction trailer, in a yard arrayed with heavy equipment, trailers, and dump trucks, only to see six police officers with six rifles suddenly pointed at me.  As far as they knew, I could have been the gunman.  

One officer gave me commands to turn this way and then that way, to show all of the police there that I didn't have a gun.  It was winter and I was wearing a grey-black coat that could have easily concealed a firearm ... or sword ... or even a bazooka, kind of. 

It took a while for this process to be completed.  When it was done, one of the plain clothes officers ran over to me and said something like: "Wow.  That must have been scary to go through.  We didn't mean any harm."  

I responded, by saying something like, "Hey, you guys didn't know.  I could have been the gunman, as far as you knew."  The bottom line is that I am still alive today, because I did not act like Pretti ... or Renee Good ... or whoever doesn't cooperate with police.  

One more thing:  I then started walking with the officers in the construction yard as a scout who knew every inch of that yard, while the officers searched for the gunman.  In fact, one of the detectives was a very focused & common-sensed blonde female who had a very no-nonsense look on her face.  

That which I saw on each detective's face was .... stress and a half.  They looked like they were in a sauna for too long an amount of time.  It was that type of facial expression.  

I saw the stress, squared and cubed.  And yes, at the same time, I was in a state of dread knowing that any moment could be "time-up," in a sudden black-out or in a painfully cringing process.  Thus, I saw their stress, and in that one moment in time, I lived their stress.  

This is one reason why I see the Minneapolis harassers as vicious & heartless you-know-whats.  This is why I have zero respect for them ... for Frey ... for Walz, etc, etc, etc.

As an axiom of wisdom spoken by many a police officer:  If you have a problem with a police officer's conduct, "Tell it to the judge."  Sometimes you have to save your notes ... your musical notes.  This is why those screaming meemies in Minneapolis are so annoying, with those sophomoric & annoying propaganda narrations that they screech.  

I am surprised that none of those ICE officers shot two or three of those screeching hags, just to shut them up.  This includes those aggravatingly annoying whistleblowers.

Minnesota's Propaganda Forces ... seeking people to use force

Before all else, Americans need to know that there are MORE registered REPUBLICANS in Minnesota than there are registered democrats, to the tune of 37.82% vs 33.92%.  In fact, the present Minnesota State House of Reps consists of 67 Republicans and 65 Democrats.  

This is stated, because the mainstream media spent the last six years deceiving American TV viewers into assuming that Minnesota is a heavily populated Democrat Party stronghold.  

However, Minnesota makes $112 billion annually on farming, and 340,000 Minnesotans are employed in the farming industry.  Farmers mostly register as Republicans.  

Walz & Frey need Minneapolis & St. Paul to be absolutely brain-washed in Democrat Party propaganda, for the democrats to get control of Minnesota's state congress.   Furthermore, Walz needs diversions to get America to forget that he was/is a criminal accomplice to billions of taxpayer dollars stolen in his State of Minnesota.

At present, the Minnesota House of Reps is 67 Republican and 65 Democrat.  The Minnesota senate is presently 34 democrat and 33 Republican.  

Minnesota is on a balanced see-saw at present.  This is why there is the brash and vulgar anti-ICE propaganda reeling out in videos and news broadcasts like a film festival.  

It's an election ploy for the Democrats.  They don't care about Somalis.  They only care about getting Somali votes.  They don't care about peace, love, and brotherhood.  They care about winning elections, for the sake of having power ... and as congressional stock market profits went ... to gain wealth for themselves.  They are not there for you.

Now look & perceive.  Minnesota is NOT the Democrat Party stronghold that the mainstream media makes it out to be.

Firstly, Frey is an emotionally manipulative snake, whenever he's in a public spotlight.  He recently said that there are masked men "roaming around" the streets of Minneapolis, as if they were criminals seeking to rape, rob, and kill.   This was another one of his and Walz's many lies.

Concerning Frey's demonizing of ICE, you must always keep in mind that ALL FEDERAL LAW SUPERCEDES EVERY STATE AND LOCAL LAW, in any topic designated for the federal government, in the US Constitution.  This includes some of the Article 10 categories in certain instances.  None the less, the matter of immigration is FEDERAL JURISDICTION ONLY.

BTW, the black Chicago Chief of Police said that he stands with ICE, and a former team captain of the Minnesota Vikings said the same.  Now, he and the Chicago Chief are black men.  So, you can can-it with your "white supremacy" accusations, as well as the "Uncle Tom" condemnations.   People who actually use their brain cells are tired of it ... of the accusations.

Now, the Minnesota Viking gentleman said that the liberals in Minnesota are heavily resisting ICE & Border Patrol, because ICE is deporting the Democrats' voter base.  In fact, Jack Brewer specifically said:

Frey has no power to have ICE "get the #!@&# out of Minneapolis," in any of ICE's immigration-related activities.  No Minnesota politician does.  So, you waste your time listening to the propaganda ploys of Minnesota politicians, at televised podiums.  

Frey should have been criminally indicted under 18 USC 241, long ago.  Walz too.  That's known as Conspiracy AGAINST Rights.  Telling the Minneapolis police to stand down, during the harassment and impeding of federal officers is criminal negligence ... gross dereliction of duty ... deliberate indifference.

Moreover, it would be an act of war ... an insurrection ... if Walz ordered the Minnesota National Guard and/or state police to fire upon ICE agents ... or to block ICE agents, etc. 

For any citizen aggrieved by abusive law enforcement agents, there exists Review Boards and civil courts.  A civilian can even have recourse to the FBI, if an officer's actions are federal crimes or if a crime involved "crossing state lines."

Now for the Irony of it all

Pretti WAS carrying a gun, while NOT carrying any ID, especially the required carry-permit.  Now, I had a concealed weapons license, and I always carried a copy of my permit when I was armed.  And I got the concealed license, because I was a recent victim of Whistleblower Retaliation, and me enduring further retaliation was still a possibility.

None the less, on January 24th, Pretti was described in news reports as filming the nearby Minneapolis scene, WHILE DIRECTING TRAFFIC.  Well, he was allegedly directing his cell phone's camera lens into the interiors of passing cars.  None the less, directing traffic while being an armed civilian happens to be illegal in Minnesota.

Walz is the Pillsbury Doughboy trying to act seriously.  It's really difficult to be intimidated by the Pillsbury Doughboy or even one of his screeching fanatics.  Neither Walz nor Frey were man-enough to walk up to Greg Bovino.  Frey is simply trying to get an army of USEFUL IDIOTS, to do Frey's fighting for him.

For now, ask yourself, "Why is not this degree of public resistance and animosity happening in any other state in the Union?"  I have the answers, but they would take too long to  explain.  As a hint, Minnesota is a border state.  

As an added note, Florida has no problem with these Confrontations anymore.  Yet, the Florida population is 23.1% foreign-born.  In fact, the Miami population is 41.9% foreign-born.  

The national average is 14.8% of American citizens are foreign-born.  For Texas, the number is 18.4%.  Minnesota's average is only 9% foreign-born.   All four of my grandparents were foreign-born, and all four were 100% LEGAL IMMIGRANTS.   Two of them came from Italy and two of them came from Ireland.  

I'm all for legal immigration and all against criminal illegals.  People in America directly attached to LEGAL IMMIGRATION are the ones most vehement against letting illegal immigrant criminals walk the streets of America, big time.  

This Minneapolis street violence was triggered by the governing persons of Minnesota and their manipulative accomplices, trying to outdo a Republican Party which comprises the majority of registered Minnesota voters.  It's their way to rig elections, and it's a costly way.   So, we move-on.  

Deadly Influencers who only care about themselves

As a reminder, proof that neither Walz nor Frey cared about their people consisted in the fact that neither one of them told the people to be careful around those armed men ... to not provoke them and to not make armed men feel that they are in immediate danger ... and to comply with the federal officers' orders, being that they are federal law enforcement agents.  

Walz lied when he said at a podium that ICE is not law enforcement.  The ICE officers sure as Hell are law enforcement agents.  And they definitely need amended training and equally amended protocols.  At least the Border Patrol does.

The other motive of Walz is that he wants something incriminating on video, so that he can create such an intense diversionary tactic that people will forget that Walz was an accessory to the multi-billion dollar thefts of the Somalis in Minnesota which victimized the American taxpayer.  

Walz needed his Sacrificial Lamb, for propaganda purposes.  He got what he wanted on January 24th, simply by manipulating the People with the scripted horror-story lies.

Part 1: Alex Pretti and pertinent Minnesota facts, to undo falsehoods

As a preview of this post ...

Firstly, it was a Border Patrol agent, and not an ICE agent, who shot Alex Pretti into the next realm of existence which atheists don't believe exists.  After all, Minnesota is a border state, so expect to see Border Patrol there.

Concerning the claim that Pretti had a scuffle with ICE agents the week prior and got his rib broken,  I need evidence.  This is because a "hear-say" witness said that Pretti told him that it happened, and DHS claims that the purported event is not on record.  Confirmation is needed to prove this to be true or false.  

So, let us adjourn to January 24, while being well aware that no one can go back into time and have a do-over.  This is why inciting violence and harassing law enforcement officers on duty is a serious offense.

As of January 24th

The fate of Alex Pretti happened on Nicollet Avenue, in the Whittier neighborhood of South Minneapolis ... specifically on the 2800 block.  On that street & on that same day, Pretti initially had a confrontation with Border Patrol that resulted in no more than an exchange of words.  He was not shot during the initial confrontation.

An exchange of words with a law enforcement agent, such as with a Border Patrol agent, is usually known as a warning.  

Next, Pretti walked to the middle of Nicollet Ave.  He illustrated his defiance.  And of course, Interference is the goal of the Minneapolis Anti-ICE activists, as has been shown in an instruction pamphlet that completely incriminates those activists.

While in the middle of Nicollet Avenue, Pretti was putting his camera phone upward toward the side windows of every passing motor vehicle he could.   He allegedly wanted to take a photo of everyone passing-by ... or to get video footage of everyone passing-by.  He was allegedly attempting to invade privacy, but that did not last for long.

The logical conclusion is that Pretti was allegedly participating in the doxing of federal agents.  Such photos or video footage can be passed-on to whomever completes the doxing process, and that process involves identifying people in motor vehicles.

Pretti's activities didn't last long.  This was when the US Border Patrol confronted him yet again and forcefully ushered Pretti out of the middle of the street.  

Then came the woman who was pushed to the ground by a Border Patrol agent on Nicollet Avenue.  It was said that Alex Pretti was trying to protect her.  That's the reverse of the reality.  That woman put herself in the middle of the incident, trying to help Alex Pretti.  She failed.

Theses constant in-your-face encounters with the Minneapolis hags & the paid out-of-state agitators were all caused by Walz & Frey misinforming the people with horror stories that were false-kight exaggerations.  Some were outright lies by which they should be sued for defamation and reckless endangerment in the millions of dollars.  

Walz simply wants video evidence of a disaster that will divert attention from his blatant criminal compliance with multi-billion dollar taxpayer frauds that Walz could have stopped back in 2019 ... or at least by the end of 2022.

One more time on explaining this:  That woman showed up trying to intervene for the sake of Alex Pretti, and then she was pushed to the ground.  Pretti then became confrontational with the Border Patrol agent who pushed her to the ground.  

Pretti didn't know when to simply stop.  His emotions got in the way, and his temper got him killed.  If he would have acted peacefully, no agent would have feared the possibility of him using the gun in his holster that was unannouncedly taken out of his holster before he got shot by Border Patrol.

Concerning the Border Patrol agent who walked away with Pretti's gun, as if he were concealing it from everyone's sight

That agent knew that multiple cameras were on him and that he could NOT conceal anything.  So, why did he walk away so gingerly with the gun?  ANS:  He did NOT want it to "go off" and hit an agent or a bystander.  It's that simple.  Those so-called protests were invitations to chaos. 

BTW, "gingerly" was a military term for "softly," decades ago.  Walking gingerly is equal to "tippy toeing away."

Concerning the Ten Shots

It sounds like way-too-many bullets on one person.  However, in the military training manual I read in the 1990s, a military police trainee is told to take into account the reality of drugged-up attackers.  

When someone is super-drugged-up, he is immune to pain.  Now, gunshot results in shock, and people die of shock.  A drugged-up attacker feels no shock.  

Concerning a training manual I read in the 1990s (for knowledge purposes only, being that my trade was in construction and not the military nor law enforcement) ... the trainee was instructed to empty his magazine into the attacker, if the attacker is suspected of being drugged-up.  

A magazine in America usually holds ten bullets.  The Border Patrol officer who shot Pretti fired ten bullets.  He emptied his magazine.  Do the math here, in light of the 1990s training manual.  

At the least, the Border Patrol agent was in a state of fear ... of apprehension.  If he were angry at Pretti, he would have been walking toward him while firing shots.  If he were in a state of fear, he would have jumped away from Pretti while shooting.  Go look at the videos.  

Tim Walz and Jacob Frey incited this type of interference ... harassment ... obstruction ... and the instilling of fear in a law enforcement officer's mind.  This was all an attempt to get the Feds to back down and run home to their mammas, scared to death of Frey.  That which Walz and Frey did is known as Incitement and it's known as an act actionable under 18 USC 241.  

Frey has a huge target on him, now.  Is he a smooth talking snake enough to get that target off of him?  Well, two people in his jurisdiction who were where they should not have been are dead, because of Frey, and they are not coming back.  You do the math on this question.

Incidentally, Volume 18 of the US Code is the criminal code of the federal government.  So, if you want to know what's legal or illegal in America, go to Volume 18.

Training Manuals Need Reopened

On Saturday, January 24th, 2026, on Nicollet Avenue, the bumbling Keystone Cops of Death showed up.  They became bumblers, because Walz & Frey kept allowing the obstructor citizens to keep toying with federal agents unobstructed.  Walz & Frey are responsible for the death of Pretti.  Lying Propaganda kills.   

Those harassers ... rioters ... vandals ... interference crowds needed to be taken out of the way pronto and criminally charged.  Today, they still should be criminally charged via all of the video recording evidence that they produced with their cell phone cameras. 

Retraining or Replacing federal agents is a definite necessity at this point, as is the inclusion of the 11th Airborne, even if those airborne gents only do exactly what was done in Little Rock, in 1957, by the 101st Airborne guys who were sent there from Fort Campbell, Kentucky. 

None the less, as the revelations of Signal Gate progress, we will know how involved was this process of doxing federal agents.  And we will find out about AlvinQ.

Once again, Alex Pretti was allegedly trying to participate in the doxing of agents with his cell phone camera, according to specific video evidence.  Even if you claim that's its only circumstantial evidence, it's still evidence.  It's an important puzzle piece.  

At the least, Pretti was providing interference, after having been already confronted & allegedly warned by Border Patrol agents.  When it's a warned man who dies, it takes away the hyper-theatrics in the script of the known liar, Tiananmen Tim Walz.

Here is the pivotal question:  Who took possession of Pretti's cell phone, and what communications were found on it, as well as what information was on every other computer device Alex Pretti would use in the course of a week?

Part 2: Alex Pretti & pertinent Minnesota facts, to end deceit

The 2025 Scorecard  

(Below, when I state, "ICE," I mean ICE & Border Patrol)

Since December 2025, ICE & Border Patrol arrested 3,000 people in Minnesota, while killing two.  Now, a third person died in ICE custody, in Minnesota.  Even though he is presumed to have committed suicide, he gets counted in the ICE stats, anyway.  In as much, 3 deaths divided by 3,000 arrested =  0.01%.  That's it.

Now, throughout the entire United States ... in 2025 ... ICE agents shot dead a grand total of eight people.   You gotta do better than that, if you want enough 1789-style civil war recruits for your 2026 civil war, headed by Tim Walz and Jacob Frey.

Moreover, as of January 2026, there is presently 67,000 to 73,000 people in ICE detention.  Last year, in January of 2025, there were only 40,000 ICE detainees.  This statistic is not in dispute.

Now, in all twelve months of 2025, 32 persons died in ICE custody, according to one source.  Another source stated the number is now 34.  Then, according to another source, the number is 14, but maybe this number omits heart attacks or suicides or whatever.  

So, we use 34 deaths for 2025, and we add the four deaths of January 2026, making it 38 deaths under ICE & Border Patrol ... for statistical purposes, concerning Trump's first year of his second term.

Now, in the first nine months of the Trump Administration's second term, 222,000 persons were arrested by ICE or Border Patrol, at an average of 824 persons per day, according to one source.

Now, another source reported an extrapolated statistic of 260,000 persons conjectured to have been arrested by ICE & Border Patrol, by the end of 2025 alone.

And of course, the Guardian claims that a full 352,590 persons were arrested by ICE, since January 21, 2025.  I have additional stats that make this number look like the valid one.  For once, the Guardian seems to finally be telling the truth.

As far as goes November of 2025 alone:

As an approximation, divide the 34 deaths of 2025 by the 222,000 arrests of only the first nine months of 2025.  The quotient ... the result ... is 0.000153 or 0.0153%  That's it.   

Now divide the 34 deaths of 2025 by an extrapolated 260,000 humans assumed to have been encountered by ICE & Border Patrol for the entire twelve months of 2025.  The quotient in this case is 0.0130%.  

As a reminder, the 2025 & January 2026 ICE in-custody death statistic is now up to the Number 38.  Thirty-eight deaths in ICE custody, in one year's time.  So, let's round that number off and use 40 deaths divided by the Guardian's report of 352,590 arrests.  The result here is 0.0108% or 0.000108.  This is not the statistic of a massacre. 

Next, we divide 38 deaths by 222,000 encounters + the 36,635 November 2024 encounters.  We omit the January 2026 number, due to the lack of having it.  

So, we divide 38 by 258,635.  Let's round it off to 260,000, and let's round off the shooting deaths to 40.  This means at least 0.0015% of those encountered by ICE or Border Patrol and who got killed in the custody of ... and in the outdoor presence of ... ICE or Border Patrol.

This means that 99.9985% of people encountered by ICE or Border Patrol did NOT die in the presence of ... or by the bullets of ... ICE or Border Patrol.  If we had the January 2026 stats, the number of NOT-killed-by-or-with-ICE would be higher.  Those killed in the presence of ICE or Border Patrol would be lower in percentage.

Let's now direct the numerical attention to those who were actually shot dead by ICE or Border Patrol agents in 2025 ... and even up to the morning of January 27, 2026.  That is exactly ten human beings.  No more than that, even when you include the Confrontational Stunt Car Driver, Renee Good, and the alleged Confrontational Cell Phone Photographer of Car Interiors, Alex Pretti.

That amounts to one person getting shot to death by ICE or Border Patrol every 36 days within the 3.12 million square mile landmass called the Continental United States.  It's also called, the Contiguous United States.  

In comparison, approximately 2,500 persons die from a heart attack and/or heart failure and/or similar conditions in the United States every day.  Times this number by 36 days, and for every one human who gets shot to death by ICE or Border Patrol, 90,000 humans die from heart attack and/or heart failure in the United States.  This is NOT a massacre.  Yet, Frey & Walz is acting as if it is.  

All that Pretti & Good needed to do was stay the Hell away from ICE & Border Patrol while they were working, and those two would have been alive today.  Do not push Border Patrol when you are armed and loaded, and do not hit an ICE agent with a 4,000 pound moving SUV, and you won't get killed by ICE or Border Patrol.  It's very simple.

These people who are called "mostly peaceful protesters" are people trying to stop ICE operations as they are transpiring.  That's interference.  That's obstruction.  If you have a problem with ICE, then "tell it to the judge."

The great hypocrisy is that "the screeching protesters" were not screaming over the brutal deaths and rapes being imposed upon American women at the hands of illegal immigrants, during the Biden Years.  Have any of them ever spoken the name, "Laken Riley?"

The present ICE stats are not enough for Frey & Walz to recruit more Sacrificial Lambs who are going shove around ICE agents and then try to run them over.  Walz & Frey have to try something else.  

In order to get violent recruits, how about Walz & Frey accentuate those shot by ICE agents in 2025, but who survived?  That number equaled 20, up to the morning of January 27, 2026.  Add those eight persons shot dead by ICE or Border Patrol agents in 2025 and in January 2026, and you have 28.

Let's round-off the number to 30.  In as much, 30 divided by 260,000 to 352,000 = 0.0115%  to  0.00852%.  This translates into at least 99.988%  to  99.991% of all humans encountered by ICE & Border Patrol not getting shot by ICE & Border Patrol.  This isn't going the help Walz & Frey enrage the people into a 1789 type of revolution.

Perhaps if Walz & Frey only accentuate the 260,000 or 352,000 humans arrested by ICE in 2025, it will create the outrage those two democrat politicians seek.  Well, this amounts to approximately 0.01% of the humans in the USA getting arrested by ICE.   This is not going to get young Americans and middle aged screeching hags to bag down the recruiting doors and join the revolution.

Compare that number to the 912,000 humans who die from heart attack and/or heart failure and/or heart disease in the USA per year.   No comparison.  Walz & Frey are two sick jokes.  The only  chance they have of starting the revolution of their dreams is to constantly lie to the American People.

Between January 2025 and January 2026, for every human who died at the hands of ICE and Border Patrol ... or who simply died in ICE custody ... 6,842 to 13,936 of them did NOT die at the hands of ICE, while in ICE custody.  Between 222,000 and 352,000 people encountered by ICE did NOT get killed by ICE.  That's a lot of people NOT getting killed by ICE.

Walz & Frey need to get more horrifying stats, to get their needed number of useful idiot recruits for their 1789-style of civil war, where they're going to kill all MAGA hat wearers and sell into slavery all surviving registered Republicans.  

And of course, the Democrats will sell all Republican slaves to the Somalis.  The Somalis will buy the Republican slaves with the taxpayer dollars they stole from the Republican taxpayers with the help of Walz and his criminally negligent administration.

Now, 3 divided by 3,000 is the percentage of people killed in Minnesota by ICE & Border Patrol per the people there actually arrested by ICE & Border Patrol, for Dec 2025 and Janu 2026.  That equals 0.001 ... 0.1% of those detained by ICE or encountered by ICE getting killed.  You gotta have a more terrifying stat than that, to get enough 1789-style American Civil War recruits, in 2026.

Concerning the deceived activists giving Americans "1789"

Being that history repeats itself, I long-since stated that the violence which will give America "1789" will result in America getting Napoleon 1799.  And Napoleon 1799 is NOT Donald Trump, because Donald Trump is McKinley 1899.  

Well, there is a Robespierre and a Jean-Paul Marat in this present struggle.  Today's Robespierre and Marat are none other then Walz & Frey.  Both Robespierre and Marat were killed during the French Revolution.  And of course, history repeats itself.

BTW, where malice is present, no mayor and no governor has immunity to DEFAMATION that incites rioting and assassination.  

ICE agents aren't Nazis.  Walz and Frey are.  In fact, Frey & Walz are fulfilling the role of Joseph Goebbels & Julius Streicher, as much as the roles of Marat & Robespierre.  

BTW, Jean-Paul Marat was a newspaper editor, just like Streicher, the editor of Der Stürmer.   In 1793, Marat was fatally stabbed in a bath tub, assuming that his visitor was looking for his signature on a couple writs.

Robespierre was a lawyer whose destiny was the guillotine, on July 28, 1794.  Streicher was hung at Nuremberg.   Goebbels took cyanide, and then he took hold of a shotgun, somewhere near Hitler's bunker ... in a garden.

Frey is the Practicing Nazi.  Actually, he's more like the original SA leader.  However, Walz looks more like the original SA leader.

Frey is the one who incited confrontation.  Thus far, two of the confrontational people are dead ... only due to the gross negligence of Walz and Frey who have been doing everything it takes to keep illegal aliens in Minnesota ... for Census Time and for Election Time.  This whole thing is Frey's way of rigging elections.

Democrat Party Motive

As was previously stated by numerous writers and commentators, the motive for keeping illegals in Minnesota is  

1} to increase the number of registered Democrats in a state where the majority of voters are Republican, 

2} and so that the Minnesota population will increase and cause Minnesota to gain an extra seat in the US House of Reps, come the election after the next census.

And remember, Frey did NOT tell the people in Minneapolis to be careful of ICE agents.  Frey was the one who provoked the George Floyd Riots and then let Minneapolis burn in 2020.

The Paperwork Proves ICE Actions to NOT be random

ICE & Border Patrol agents are looking to make Americans safe again.  The ICE agents have concise targets that already have paperwork attached to them.  Proof of this was seen in the FBI vehicle that thugs broke-into, recently.  This paperwork includes detainers and removal orders,  as well as sheets of criminal records of the targeted aliens, as well as other court orders.   

On many occasions, there came unexpected "targets of opportunity," in that the ICE agents came across an additional illegal alien here and an addition illegal alien there.  This is because people associate with their types.  Criminals associate with criminals.  Thus, when ICE goes to an appointed address, to arrest a criminal, ICE sometimes finds more than one illegal alien.  It's like a fisherman's net.  It's a dragnet.

Frey made it sound as if the ICE agents are the rapists, the child molesters, the carjackers, and the murderers.  Frey is doing everything he can to distract attention from the multi-billion dollar Minneapolis frauds that occurred on his watch and on Walz's watch.  

Now, Frey IS under investigation.  However, he is under investigation for impeding law enforcement officers' ability to apprehend criminals.  So, Frey needs a diversionary tactic.  Well, he got his diversion on January 24, 2026.

Why did Alex Pretti bring one gun and two extra loaded magazines to a "mostly peaceful protest?"

Concerning the split second of time, when Pretti's right-side arm started to hover over his holster, as if he were reaching for his gun that was no longer there, why did he bring a holstered gun to an "peaceful protest," in the first place?  Why did he bring 30 rounds of ammo?   

BTW, Pretti's actual gun was taken by an ICE officer who was on Pretti's left-side, while Pretti's holster was on the right-side.  Now, there was confusion.  But, that which matters was the point of view ... or lack thereof ... of the shooting officer.  Did he think that Pretti was still armed?

The idea of bringing a gun to a "peaceful protest" is an oxymoron.  Of course, peaceful protests do not involve shouting and pushing, done by the citizens upon ICE officers who are simply trying to get rapists and child molesters and fentanyl mules out of Minnesota and other places in America.  

Peaceful Protests do NOT involve the blocking of traffic and the ramming of ICE vehicles ... and the Nazi-like interrogations of civilians on the sidewalk demanding to see ID.  This is why Trump failing to send the 11th Airborne two weeks ago was an outrage to me.  He was afraid that sending the 11th Airborne to Minneapolis was going to lose the mid-terms for the Republicans.

Why are the other states of America NOT showing this much resistance to ICE?  ANS:  The Somalis acquired a lot of stolen money, and money is power.   The Minneapolis politicians are puppets ... or else the Somalis are their puppets-for-power.

Moreover, the Somalis lost their TEMPORARY protection status.  The Democrats will be losing a lot of voters in a Republican-majority state, called Minnesota.  This entire incitement of riots and insurrection is the Democrat Party's attempt to keep potential registered Democrats in Minneapolis.

And why did Pretti start getting up, instead of laying motionless on the pavement, when the ICE agents didn't know where his gun was?  All in all, Pretti brought a gun to a fight, and that is what literally got him killed by ICE agents who see themselves as too-young-to-die.

Verdict in the Court of Public Opinion

It wasn't even 12 hours after the January 24th shooting in Minneapolis, when the verdict in the Court of Public Opinion was already announced.  Guilty.  

No TV station showed body camera footage.  No alternative video evidence.  At the beginning of the reporting, there was only video footage from thoroughly incompetent people who don't know how to stay focused on a pertinent sight, with a simple cell phone lens.

Walk through you own path and think you own thoughts.  Wait for realizations to come your way.   Don't follow a pushy politician who tells you what to think.  Be yourself and be aware of the motives of others.

The January Street Fatality that played into Walz's con artist hands

Walz is a well-known & well-established liar.  He's the Stolen Valor Fraud, after all.  Only a person who has no exposure to news reports outside of ten-second sound bytes believes Walz in good Faith.  But, ever since Nixon ... and ever since numerous Senate fact finding commissions ... Americans have been enlightened to the realization that "politicians lie."   

Walz said that ICE and/or Trump declared war on Minnesota.  Well, why would this be so?  Minnesota is basically a boring place.  Why would ICE agents be there, when they would rather be in ritzy cities or on beautiful terrain or at beaches with beautiful women on them.  

Why would an ICE agent go out of his way,  to be in a frozen tundra with 10,000 lakes?  Well, he would be there to make Americans safe from criminals who sneaked into the United States and made their ways up to Minnesota ... or those who stole billions of dollars from the United States taxpayer, while in Minneapolis.  

Why waste time on Minneapolis, unless it were for a truly honorable cause, such as saving children and women and the disabled from violent criminals?  Crime was significantly down ... in the numbers department ... in 2025.  A reasonable person can only attribute the decline in crime to the Trump Administration.   As Bill Maher stated, "You cannot deny the success."

You need to realize that there are many people in the federal executive branch of government ... not just Trump.  How about Minnesotans thanking those administrators?

Or how about we kick Minnesota out of the Union and give it to the Somalis?  Minnesotans can spend the rest of their lives shining Somali shoes.

In addition, for the first time since the Biden Administration, the average price of gasoline throughout the USA is below 3 dollars a gallon, to the tune of $2.84.  

Of course, the highest price in the Continental United States, at an embarrassing $4.23, is the arrogant & dyslexic Gavin Newsom's California.  Under the haughty & disrespectful Newsom, California has gotten to become a Great Place to Leave.

Concerning July of 2024, when I left the Democrat Party

As of January 24th, 2026, you can now see why I did NOT join the Republican Party, after I left the twisted & manipulative Democrat Party, back in July of 2024.  

And yes, there needs to be a complete overhaul of ICE's & Border Patrol's training and procedures.  ICE & Border Patrol must scrupulously seek to avoid outcomes such as the one on January 24th, 2026.  

And remember, Frey & Walz already proved that they couldn't care any less than they already do, concerning the both of them letting their Minnesota jurisdictions burn to the ground and start smelling like burning tires.  They let this happen in 2020, when, all of a sudden, everyone forgot about Covid19.

Trump should have let transpirations in Minneapolis be limited to the continuing investigations of the vast fraud committed with and/or by various Somali immigrants.  Walz was cornered.  Frey was cornered.

Trump should have sent ICE agents elsewhere, until the public repeatedly was reminded of how corrupt Minnesota has been since the inaugurations of Frey and Walz.  Then, in the Springtime of 2026, Trump send in ICE.  He moved-in too early, on this one.

Being that ICE & Border Patrol was already in Minneapolis, however, being harassed to the depths, Trump should have sent in the 11th Airborne two weeks ago, to provide crowd control and to stop the rampant obstruction of justice.  Pretti would still be alive today.

Trump's three biggest errors thus far were:

1] Failing to immediately fire Comey and then start a Dept of Justice investigation on Hillary Clinton in 2017, being that her political camp was the one which started the Russia Collusion Hoax.  And of course, her camp included Obama's Crossfire Hurricane.

2] Not greenlighting the execution of Iran's present brutal dictator in 2025, when the US had the chance for it to be done by a very competent American ally.  After all, how many Iranians have thus far died in recent demonstrations, because that dictator is still alive and in power?

3] Not sending the 11th Airborne into Minneapolis two weeks ago, being that Frey & Walz will use the Pretti Death as a rallying point which will cause harm to people.  After all, Frey let his own city of Minneapolis burn, in 2020.  Frey does not care about Minneapolis People.  Frey sees them as his pawns.

3b]  Yes, it was conjectured that Trump was waiting for super solid evidence.  If this is true, then I was wrong in my assessment.  

Well, the findings of Signal Gate will show how much evidence already was waiting for federal authorities to access.  And of course, the evidence sought is to prove conspiracy.  Including "conspiracy" in criminal investigations changes everything in DOJ evidence use, when court time comes.

However, all you need to illustrate is incitement.  This incitement is illustrated all over video channels.  None the less, when two agents are left alone to defend an area against a crowd of deceived fanatics, it's time to bring in some form of airborne division.
