When a person is a high ranking military officer during a massive military project which involves crimes against humanity, then that high ranking officer, at the very least, knew it was occurring on a massive scale.
When one knows about a massive crime against humanity and says nothing about it to those who could stop it, then that person IS a criminal accomplice. Letting a crime transpire is a crime in itself.
To be silent during a massive crime is to be involved in it. Thus, whether Nur Omar had been a silent observer or an active commander during the slaughter of the Issaq Clan, he was still involved in those systematic mass killings.
In as much, Ilhan Omar has a lot of audacity to act like the anointed Prophetess of Truth, in her incessant damning of Americans and the American Way, when she was on the side of the killers, being protected, even during her family's flight to the United States that she thinks must bow to her and change according to her dictates.
It was Americans who saved her life. It was the American Way which ultimately saved her life, so that she could come her and sabotage the minds of American Youth everywhere, as she gets national TV time day after day after and night after night, as if she were the Messiah of all mankind.
