We now adjourn to a reminder of how vicious, ungrateful & lawless Somalis have been.  We begin with the reminder that, in 2025, sixty Somalis have thus far been CONVICTED FOR FRAUD, due to Minnesota's absence of due-diligence when it comes to taxpayer dollars.  There has also been whistleblower allegations against Somalis in Maine.    

Concerning the Feeding Our Future fraud alone, 79 Minnesota Somalis, out of 87 defendants in all, have thus far been indicted in federal criminal court, alone.  In fact,  one restaurant which personally promoted by the Smiling Liar, Ilhan Omar, was owned by a Somali migrant who claimed that he gave 18,000 meals to the poor.  He actually provided zero meals.   And yes, it's true that Omar had her election victory celebration at a restaurant whose owner ended up being one of the indicted Minneapolis fraudsters.

As a New Year's Eve 2025 update, in all of the Minnesota Fraud cases in Federal Court, 98 persons have thus far been indicted, with 85 of them being Somalis ... or Somalians.  Thus far, 60 of the defendants have been found guilt in court.

The Feeding Our Future program started in 2017, and the amount charged to the government was $37,000.  That's 37K.  And of course, that's reasonable.  Then came COVID.  In 2020, alone, a quarter billion was charged to the government paymasters.  And yes, the line-item tables below are not clearly in focus.  But they're legible enough for you to realize that Americans have been told very little more than lies ... for decades.

Now, the amount of taxpayer theft committed by Somalis is at least $1 billion.  In 2021, alone, an additional $200 million was stolen in the Feeding Our Future program.  Then came Minnesota's Housing Stabilization Services, where Somali fraudsters sent fake invoices from fictitious companies, for services never rendered.  

In 2021, the Minnesota HHS was charged $2.6 million by the Somali racketeers.  In 2022, it was $42 million.  In 2023, it was $74 million.  Then, in 2024, Somalis defrauded taxpayers, to the tune of $104 million, in that one racket, alone.  Even CBS reported on this in July of 2025.  Thus, it WAS NEVER  a mere conspiracy theory.   It was a real racket.

As far as goes the Autism-related Medicare fraud, in 2018, Somali racketeers charged the US government $3 million for fake diagnosis and services never rendered.  By 2023, Somalis were charging the government $399 million.

Then came 2025, when Omar stated, "When I think of Stephen Miller and his white supremacist rhetoric, it reminds me of the way the Nazis described Jewish people. "  

Ladies & gentlemen, Stephen N. Miller is an Ashkenazi Jew whose great grandparents escaped the Holocaust.  In fact, he attended the Beth Shir Shalom Hebrew School, in Santa Monica, California.  So, take note that Omar called an articulate Jewish man an antisemite.  This was equivalent to calling Archbishop Fulton Sheen an anti-Catholic.   

Omar is merely thinking of any lie she can fabricate, to deceive Americans into believing that she and the billion dollar Somali thieves are the victims of the crimes they perpetuated, hoping to takeover America and place it under the total submission of Islam.

Now, it's alleged that Omar gained citizenship by means of fraud which is apparently the Way of the Somali.  In as much, her citizenship is invalid, if this is true.  This also means that she has no right to be in Congress.  In fact, due to her ALLEGED FRAUD, if it is true, then she has no right to be in America.  

In as much, do you claim that Omar knew nothing about the Billion+ dollar theft that dozens of Somalis in Minnesota were committing?  If she were clueless, then she's too incompetent to be a federal House rep or any other type of governing official.  Therefore, she is either extremely incompetent or she is an accessory to Grand Larceny via Deception or/and Embezzlement and/or the Absconding of Taxpayer Funds.

That Fake Smile, while she is committing blatant DEFAMATION, as a diversionary tactic, to take attention off of her, and to put it on the duly elected American president.

Did you notice Omar speaking on CNN with a fake smile, all the while condemning Donald Trump as mentally ill?  If she meant what she was saying, she would have had a facial expression equal to the seriousness of her condemnations.  Yet, those condemnations can easily be proven to be another lie told by arrogant and ruthless female politicians.  

We have seen Donald Trump give daily press conferences.  We have repeatedly seen him instantly understand each question posed to him.  And as far as goes his policies, they are the policies of 77.3 million registered voters who voted for him to do exactly what he has been doing.  This includes deporting illegal aliens, and even prosecuting the more violent ones.  There is the obligation to make Americans safe and to do the OPPOSITE of what Pritzker & Walz have been doing.

All in all, according to the Ilhan Omar who comes from a dysfunctional, talentless, and catastrophic nation whose traits are laziness and violence, 77.3 million Americans are mentally ill.  The reality is contrary to Fake Smile Omar.  

These 77.3 million Americans are amongst those who keep roads and parking lots smooth ... and who remove wreckage pronto ... and who maintain with auto mechanics 285 million motor vehicles in America ... and who build impressive structures ... as well as keeping its bridges and skyscrapers maintained and/or repaired and/or replaced ... along with keeping historic sites renovated when necessary.

These are 77.3 MILLION people who are amongst those who manage vast national parks, ski resorts, rodeos, swimming pools, golf courses, and race tracks.  Somalis CANNOT achieve such heights.  Thus, Somalis should not have the arrogance to tell Americans how to live.

These are the 77.3 million who are amongst those who operate the most powerful military in the history of mankind ... along with sophisticated satellites and spacecraft which even entered the Kuiper Belt and flew past Arrokoth.  Somalis are incapable of doing such things.  So, they should quit telling us Americans how to live.

All in all, 77.3 million voters voted to keep deadly drugs out of America, and Trump complied.   Yet, the Dems harass Trump & Hegseth about it, in order to make Trump look bad, and to get many more votes cast for the Democrats in Nov 2026.  Well, they are actually harassing 77.3 million American voters who are sick & tired of the Democrat Party Games.

People who knew how to NOT to cause America to endure the highest inflation rate in 40 years voted for Trump, also.  And people who didn't want this nation to be run by an airhead who got launched into politics, only because she had an adulterous affair with Willie Brown, voted for Trump, as well.  

People who didn't want the price of West Texas Crude to be as high as $123.64 per barrel voted for Trump, also.  And at the start of December of 2025, WTI Crude was down to $59.40.   The price was $75.89 on January 21, 2025.

As a note, when Biden & Harris entered office, WTI Crude was $53 per barrel.  By July 13, 2021 the price rocketed up to $75.25.  By October 22nd of the same year, it reached $84.53.  It then reached $123.64 on March 8th, 2022.  Three months later, on June 8th, it was $121.94 per barrel.

Someone is trying to trigger yet another civil war, and it's NOT the people who work for a living.

4} What do Al Gore, John Kerry, Hillary, and Kamala all have in common?  

ANS: In their November elections, each one received between 48.2% to 48.4% of the Popular Vote.  They basically all received the same percentage of the vote, each time.  

Observe:

Al Gore was the democrat party nominee in 2000.  He received 48.38% of the popular vote and actually won the popular vote.   John Kerry was the nominee in 2004.  He received 48.3% of the popular vote.  

Hillary was the nominee in 2016, and she received 48.2% of the popular vote.  She, too, won the popular vote, as did Al Gore.  

Then, in 2024, Kamala Harris was the official nominee, even though she received ZERO primary election votes in 2024 ... and even though the "back-room" selection of her, by democrat party career politicians, was democracy-destroying Cronyism.  It was an OUTRAGE, explaining one of the reasons why I officially left the Democrat Party in July of 2024.

In the 2024 presidential election, Kamala received 48.3% of the popular vote.  Thus, 48.3% is the reoccurring Losing Number for a failed Democrat Party Presidential Nominee.

The significance to Answer Number 4 is twofold.

Significance Number 1

It shows that the popular vote percentages of the democrats who LOST THEIR ELECTIONS in 2000, 2004, 2016, AND 2024 ... in combination with the numerical popular vote counts of all of the Republican Party nominees since the Year 2000 ... were basically the same voter trend.  

I]  This means that there was NO RUSSIAN COLLUSION ... or any other type of collusion ... in 2016, being that the vote results were a part of the same one long-term voter trend.

Significance Number 2

II] This fact also shows that, no matter how much campaigning she would do ... and no matter how much money she would throw into her campaign ... Kamala Harris was going to get no more and no less than 48.2% or 48.3% of the vote.   This number comes from County-Level political party voter registration percentages, throughout all of the United States.  In 48.1% of the counties of the United Stated, the majority of voters are registered democrats.  Thus, this teaches us that Americans are Creatures of Habit.

The guaranteed 48.3% of the popular vote for Kamala is because 77 million voters already had their minds made up, due to the Biden Administration's incompetency which included the incompetency of its DEI vice president at the time ... and also due to the immoral political platform Kamala promoted, being that the United States is still heavily Christened, very scriptural, and very pro-life throughout large territories of Continental America.

The Statistical Evidence Proving the USA to be a very Pro-life Nation

III a] A tree is known by its fruits.  The fact that the United States has more than twice the population of Russia is evidence that the US is a pro-life nation.  This is because Russia was a heavily pro-abortion nation in the 1990s.  Observe:

Between 1992 and 2008, the population of Russia dropped by 5.8 million people.  Since 2008, until the pre-war year of 2020, Russia's population only grew by approximately 2.5 million.  Since the start of the Russo-Ukrainian War, Russia's population dropped by approximately 1.5 million people.   

III b]  In the exact same time span of 1992 to 2008, the United States' population grew by 47.5 MILLION people.  Then, from 2008 until the pre-war year of 2020, the US population grew by another 17.5 million.  Thus, Kamala was 100% wrong.  The United States is a strong pro-life nation.  

III c]  Today, the estimated population count is:  Russia = 146 million.  The US = 342 million.  There are 196 million more Americans than there are Russians.

IV]  At the end of her failed campaign, Kamala was trying to win on the pro-abortion vote, claiming that women throughout America were going to go to the voting booths in large droves on November 5th, in a mass mandate.  It didn't happen.  Kamala merely got the same percentage of the popular vote as did the election losing candidates Al Gore, John Kerry, and Hillary Clinton.  

Kamala ignited no new movement ... no change.  Nothing about her was inspiring, being that she incited hatred against whites, Catholics and other respecters of the Bible which the Catholic Church preserved with exactitude, due to its faithful monks through the centuries.

V]  Continental America ... in wide expanses of American territory ... was too moral and too pro-life for Kamala Harris.  Tens of millions of Americans did NOT want to pay for the abortions of healthy pregnant women whose lives were not in medical danger.  And the majority of these 77 million voters did NOT want to pay for sexual pervert surgery, along with the endless pharmaceutical supply of artificial hormone manipulation in humans who will continue possess the XY chromosome of a male human.  

Of course, American cities ... which happen to not cover as much terrain as rural America ... harbor immorality.    

In fact, city politicians, such as Killer Kamala and Fat Pig Pritzker, are well known liars & consummate hypocrites, according to anyone who keeps track of American politics.   The case is closed on this one.

October Update: While Obese Pritzker & Hyper-reactive Johnson were vehemently defaming Trump and ICE, while doing all they could do to keep the National Guard out of Chicago, 26 to 32 Chicagoans were reported to have been shot by other civilians, in one mere October 2025 weekend.  Five to Seven of those shooting victims died.  This was during the weekend of Fri 0ct 03 to Oct 06.  See for yourself:

In addition, there were 41 fatal shootings in September 2025, out of 148 total shootings.  A certain faction is bragging that this is the lowest amount of September shootings in four years.  Well, the thoroughly incompetent and uncaring Biden Administration was in power in the past four years.  This means that there were high numbers in crime during that four-year era of time.  

In fact, there have been 1,499 Chicago shootings, from January to September 30, 2025, with 323 killed.  And it is 127 less deaths than during the same time span in 2024.  

However, police confiscated 8,824 very illegal guns in Chicago, from January to September 2025.  In September, alone, police apprehended 1,178 guns.  This means that additional law enforcers are definitely needed, due to the deadly potential in the possession of Chicago's numerous criminals.  

Chicago is a War Zone, because it's a Gangland.  This is why Mayor Johnson has a 150 person body guard detail, consisting in 150 duly sworn police officers.  If Chicago were as safe as Pritzker claims, then Johnson would not need 150 "security detail" personnel at taxpayer expense.

Speaking of taxpayers, the City of Chicago is officially $41 billion in debt.  Now, Johnson has only been in power since May 15, 2023.  He accrued $830 MILLION dollars of debt in his first 500 days in office.  

This shows how irresponsible and asinine Kamala Harris was, in 2024, when she wasted 1.5 BILLION campaign donation dollars of 107 days.  She didn't have to worry about city pensions, city pipelines, city infrastructure maintenance, a city fire department, a city police department, city social services, a city rapid transit system, road maintenance, and a city electrical grid.

Yes, Brandon Johnson is a hate-filled & manipulative racist, in trying to keep illegal aliens in Chicago, so as to get them registered as democrat party voters, and to have them increase the populations of democrat strongholds, so as to gain a seat or two in the House, after census reapportionment.  However, he is NOT the incredibly worthless airhead that Kamala Harris is.

BTW, the Year 2024 saw 2,299 Chicago shootings.  The Years 2023 and 2022 had similar high numbers.   And remember, students:

January 2024: Biden/Harris, via Granholm, "paused" issuing the export permits for Liquid Natural Gas. That's how you start a fracking ban.

Above is a data product of the United States government.  It shows that heatwaves in the 1930s were far worse than during any decade since then.  The point is that, in the 1930s, the co2 level was much lower than it is today.  Therefore, if the Al Gore Climate Theory were true, then America would have had either much cooler weather in the 1930s ... or else it would have had End-of-the-World heat, beginning in 1942.  

But, a cold phase began in the '40s and continued into the early-1970s, followed by the Year 1979's return-to-the-cold, when the Arctic had its largest amount of sea ice in recorded history.  This long-term temperature decline occurred while the atmosphere was gaining CO2.

On January 23rd, 2024, (effective as of January 26th) the Biden/Harris Administration, through Jennifer Granholm, placed a pause on processing LNG EXPORT PERMIT APPLICATIONS.  This involved any nation to which the US did not have an existing free trade agreement.  None the less, this was a sneaky way of beginning the process of banning fracking, in part or in whole.  Of course, the ships which already were greenlighted for sea travel got to sail the oceans.  But, the issuing of new LNG export permits was put on hold.

The great grief to this entire issue is that, during 2023 ... and later in 2024 ... the United States ended up setting record highs for exporting Liquid National Gas.  In fact, the US became the world's  #1 producer of LNG in 2023.  Therefore, an Al Gore follower was going to have to put an end to this, in the name of reducing the "carbon footprint."  

However, Methane only exists in the Earth's atmosphere at 2 parts per million.  And the cartoon-character comedy to this fear of methane is that each methane molecule only contains one carbon atom.  Each methane molecule additionally contains four hydrogen atoms.  

That's not much of a carbon footprint, compared to the carbon that you exhale every half-minute or so.  A human exhales approximately 2.3 lbs of co2 per day.  That's 839 pounds per year.  Thus, 8 billion humans exhale 6,700,000,000 lbs of co2 each year.   Therefore, expect the psychopathic division of the Al Gore political camp to advocate the elimination of human beings and all other mammals from the Face of the Earth.  Yes, humans are destroying the Earth, they claim.  So, you must destroy humans.  

In reality, the Earth was made for man and not man for the Earth.  We live in the Age of Filtration, where we can solve environmental problems in a high tech fashion.  Ironically, there are effective filters which are made of carbon which happen to be very good for the environment.  Gotcha.

The excuse for the export permit pause was to update the science.  The Biden Administration needed to take time to "evaluate the impacts of LNG exports on energy costs, America’s energy security, and climate change – the existential threat of our time."  The quote is taken from the White House, itself.

This was nothing more than the search for an excuse to ban fracking, as it applies to natural gas.  So, this pause predictably continued through June of 2024.  Then came a federal judge's intervention in early July of 2024.

In addition: CO2 exists in the Earth's atmosphere at 427 parts per million, as of July 2025.  Well, 427 ppm is less than 1/2 of 1/10 of 1%.  Plus, the radiative forcing of co2 in the 21st Century has been 3.7 watts per meter squared.  A residential night light that is found in many hallways emits 3 to 9 watts each.

Moreover, 90% of all greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is WATER VAPOR.  But, Granholm and the other Al Gore Believers insisted that LNG will cause climate devastation.  Well, if you were to study weather history, you would see that many disastrous weather events occurred in the past 800 years, and most of those years were years of very low co2 levels in the atmosphere.  According to the Al Gore Theory, historic weather events should never have happened.  But, they're in the history books.

Temperatures ... in intervals of time ... were outrageously high in past 90 to 125 years, when co2 levels were much lower than today.  Even in 1895, there was a heatwave that made history.  Meanwhile, the co2 level at the time did NOT make history.  

The theory promoted by Al Gore in 2006 has repeatedly been disproven.  All that the scientists have been doing is seeking to prove the existence of atmospheric positive feedbacks which would cause atmospheric turbulence on its own power and then trigger massive & brutal storms.  Such scientists only depend on computer models.  But, models are NOT evidence.  Evidence involves things that actually did happen in time and space.

Concerning co2, it has three modes of vibration, namely the bend, the symmetric stretch, and the asymmetric stretch.  When co2 is in the symmetric stretch mode, it's incapable of retaining infrared heat.  While in the Symmetric Stretch CO2 is not a greenhouse gas.

Now, being that LNG was being investigated, if there were findings that LNG is detrimental to life-on-earth, then the Biden People would have to ban it.  Perhaps Joe & Kamala would have ended up saying that they didn't ban fracking, but "science did" ... of Jennifer Granholm did.  And of course, present science bases its claim of a pending climate catastrophe on computer models.  And again, as was repeatedly stated, models are NOT evidence.  Models are not proof.

Concerning the evidence which proves the Al Gore Believers wrong is that there has not arose the Category 6 type of hurricane as a common cyclone.  Rather, in recent years, there has been an increase of SHORT DURATION CYCLONES.  This is already covered in another post in the Blue Marble Album.  There's a search box at the top right-hand corner of this screen.

Above:  Another United States government product.  It illustrates that short duration storms have increased, at least with America's high tech monitoring systems.  The point to showing this is that Al Gore predicted in 2006 that we would have much stronger cyclones in the 2010s, 2020s, and so on.  Well, monitoring devices are finding more short duration storms in the Atlantic Ocean.  

One theory is that more short duration storms are being found, due to more advanced technology.  However, that technology already existed with satellites which have been in use for decades.

If you look at a statistical chart on Atlantic Basin cyclones, you just might realize that there has been an increase of WEAKER STORMS and not stronger ones.  These storms which are too weak to be classified as hurricanes are called, Tropical Storms.  

The massive, blockbuster, End-of-the-World cyclones that Al Gore predicted did NOT materialize.  So, it would be logical to conclude that the increase of short duration cyclones on monitoring devices is due to an actual increase of shorter storms in the Atlantic Basin.

Once again, the weather that the world has experienced in the past four years was NOT any worse than weather experienced for the past 150 years, in specific intervals of time.  As an example, since 1851, there have only been FOUR Category 5 hurricanes that made landfall in the Continental United States.  In the 21st Century, there has been a grand total of one; Hurricane Michael.  

For the record, even though Hurricane Dorian was the strongest to hit the Bahamas, it made landfall as a Category 2 in the United States.  More importantly, the Labor Day 1935 Hurricane which hit Florida hard was just as powerful as Hurricane Dorian, and this was during a time when the co2 level was much less than it is today.  

Even in the 1500s & 1700s, there were devastating hurricanes.  The deadliest of the hurricanes was in 1780.  In fact, the 1300s had devastating storms, too.  Even earlier was a storm that arose in 1287 and rearranged the coastline of the Netherlands.  It was called the St. Lucy's Flood, because it happened on December 13th.  

And of course, the co2 level at the time of the St. Lucy's Flood was a lot lower than it is today.  So, Al Gore is a liar.  An increase in CO2 does NOT cause an increase in intense storms.  He simply has a lot of accomplices who used his theory to score a lot of American taxpayer dollars, sometimes through UN propaganda which gets to be presented as absolute fact without anyone challenging the UN's declaratory statements in any court.  

The one thing which proves the UN to be a worthless fraud is that it was founded to prevent war and bring world peace.  Well, from its founding in October of 1945 until the start of the 2022 Ukrainian-Russian War, there were 285 recorded armed conflicts on Planet Earth, in 80 years' time.  The UN failed.  War is the existential threat to mankind; not CO2 at 427 ppm and not Methane at 2 parts per million.

Now, in 2024, Kamala kept saying that she will not ban fracking.  In 2020, she said that Joe Biden will not ban fracking.  Well, Biden-HARRIS already let happen what leads to the banning of fracking.

Next came the Biden-HARRIS stonewalling, as was previously mentioned.  February, March, April, May, and June passed.  No permits for exporting Liquefied Natural Gas were issued.  The expanding of fracking operations were put on hold.  Then, on the 1st of July, a federal judge in Louisiana struck-down the Biden-HARRIS ban.  

"In his ruling, Judge Cain said, “It appears that the DOE’s decision to halt the permit approval process for entities to export LNG to non-FTA countries is completely without reason or logic and is perhaps the epiphany of ideocracy."  DOE stands for Dept of Energy.

The asininity of the Democrat Congresswoman who THREATENED Kristi Noem

It's a new day.  Time to get real.

The most important thin to note at the outset is this post:

There's one thing that the US Congress & mainstream media needs to understand.  And it's important to note that this comment is coming from an American-born American who carries a very Latin last name.  

The comment is coming from an American who literally knows what it is to be called, "a Spic," even though he's actually "a Quido" with Southern Italian DNA, amongst a few other European base lines of DNA.  In fact, his dad did look like Desi Arnez.  Thus, you can't call his comments "white supremacist racism" which is a really asinine-sounding phrase:

The persons in America who want the ILLEGAL & CRIMINAL Latin Immigrants out of this nation more than anybody else does are the LAW-ABIDING LATINS.

In fact, the persons who wanted the FBI to put the Sicilian mafia out of business more than anyone else did were LAW-ABIDING ITALIANS.  Capisce?

We registered Independents also realized that democrats in Republican-majority Minnesota deliberately sabotaged Border Patrol efforts, meaning that Jacob Frey & Tim Walz, inter alia, need to be criminally indicted.  They committed Obstruction of Justice and were engaged in Conspiracy of Rights, as in 18 USC 241.  This made Krisit Noem look really bad.

The Dems and the mainstream media have been playing the role of Robespierre, for quite a while now.  Thus, they deserve the destiny of Robespierre.  At this point, let us proceed.  In fact, let us perceive.

By now you know that President Donald J President accepted Kristi Noem's letter of resignation, as Secretary of the Dept of Homeland Security. Oklahoma's Markwayne Mullin has been appointed as her tentative replacement.  

None the less, Kristi Noem has NOT been fired from the Trump Admin.  She is now the Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas.  

That job mostly involves preventing sensitive American technology from being exported to places where malice reigns supreme.  That position is not to be confused with the Joint Interagency Task Force - Counter Cartel which is a military unit under the Dept of War's Northern Command.

Qualifying Statement:

You can call Kristi Noem unqualified or negligent or incompetent, but you can't call her a premeditated killer, a terrorist, a traitor, or a criminal against humanity.  HOWEVER, she had excellent results with the Southern Border, and the job of DHS secretary involves more than border security.  

The Northern Border was what did her in.  Her problem was that she was too presumptive.  Negligent.  An embarrassment.  A distraction.  She didn't know how to counter the evils deliberately being committed by and through Frey & Walz.  But, she is not a traitor.  She simply didn't have foresight.

A Congressional "Chump Change Shirley" plays Mr Tough Guy

During a recent US House hearing, an asinine congressional rep told Kristi Noem that Donald Trump will be gone one day, and he won't be around to protect Kristi, any longer ... but that the congresswoman will still be there with her band of Trump hating politicians ... 

... and that she will make sure that she will hold Kristi fully accountable for the actions of others which the congresswoman blames on Kristi.  After all, Kristi was NOT the one blowing whistles in the face of law enforcement agents and ramming automobiles into Border Patrol vehicles, all the while blocking their way to criminals who already had the paperwork on them finished and filed.

The only issue that would be decent to investigate would be the $200 million of DHS advertising, being that each contract was a no-bid contract.  The excuse given by the DHS was that a state of emergency existed at the time, in the USA.  

That can be disputed, even though America was being overrun by UNVETTED invaders who were euphemistically called undocumented immigrants.  None the less, there is a huge difference between Barbarian invaders who rape and brutalize woman and polite people in line, with paperwork attached to their arrival.

Even at that, the verdict on that dispute looks like a coin flip.  Thus, if it's not a brazen transgression, you move on to something more important.  In as much:

What was deadly wrong the "Tough Guy" Congress Lady that she'll still be in Congress, ready to hold Noem completely accountable.

ANS:  The Congress Lady is in the LEGISLATIVE branch of government, and NOT in the judicial branch.  Thus, she has no power to prosecute Kristi Noem.  

Plus, plus, plus, the super-macho female politician neglected to consider the fact that a government official has QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, and can only be prosecuted if malice is involved.  Protecting 340 million Americans from rapists, murderers, cartel associates, financial fraudsters, smash-and-grab thieves, and violent thugs is NOT malice.  It's the opposite.

The most she can do is be part of an impeachment process, and such a thing doesn't come close to the Tokyo War Crimes Trials.  It's the Senate which then becomes the jury, after the House impeaches a federal official.  The House does provide the prosecutors, though.

Since 1789, only 21 humans were impeached by the House.  Fifteen of them were judges, and only one cabinet member has ever been impeached.  None were put to death.  The female, "tough-guy," congress woman was being a Hollywood prop in Washington DC.

Congressional Rep, Congressional Ass

Perhaps the 2026 Congresswoman's response would be that she will get legislation soon passed that will declare all of Kristi's actions illegal and punishable by prison time and fines ... or even by the death penalty.  Now, what is the asininity of such a "presumptive" claim?

ANS:  The United States constitution FORBIDS ex-post facto laws.  Case closed.

The Congresswoman claimed that Kristi terrorized children as a matter of habit, as well as having done evil after evil.  So, what is asinine about that statement?

ANS:  Kristi had ICE agents and Border Patrol agents concentrate their efforts also in WASHINGTON DC, in MEMPHIS, and in NEW ORLEANS, and everything went fine there, for the most part.  No children ... for the most part ... were terrorized in those places.  

In Minneapolis, the activist Karens, the democrat politicians, and the media terrorized the children, by telling them horror stories that were not true.  The dems in Minneapolis also rigged things to look chaotic, so that they could blame it on Trump & Noem incompetency.  

The Minneapolis Dems would not let Border Patrol peaceably take custody of the illegal alien criminal at Minneapolis jails.  And to Frey & Walz I say, Nuremberg American Style, coming soon to a theater or drive-in near you.  And Neither Trump nor Noem will be in charge of it.

And how do I know this?  ANS: Because history repeats itself.  History is like a Dracula movie.  The guy always keeps coming back, doing the same thing, over and over, time after time.  

In Minneapolis, no one was being "suddenly disappeared."  The illegals appeared very visible, in the free-of-charge flights back to their home nations.  Others were quite visible in detention centers that didn't come close to the Nazi German concentration camps in any capacity.  They were closer to summer camp than to Adolph's Doom.

Nothing that happened in Minneapolis ... to the degree in which it transpired there ... occurred in Washington DC, in Memphis, or in New Orleans.  In fact, the New Orleans expedition was regarded as ICE coming, doing their thing, and going, with little extra-curricular incidents.

So, how is it that Kristi Noem had ICE do in Minneapolis exactly what ICE & Border Patrol did in DC, in Memphis, and in New Orleans, with it being declared a crime only in Minneapolis ... and maybe in LA ... and perhaps in Chicago .... but NOT in New Orleans, Memphis, or DC.

Whatever be the activity, anything which is done in New Orleans and is not considered a crime in federal law is that which is done in Minneapolis and is equally NOT considered a crime there.  

Concerning any state laws, federal law always supersedes state law.  So, when a federal law and a state law conflict, the state law is automatically invalid ... non-existent.

Replacement, Markwayne Mullin

We'll see if Replacement Markwayne Mullin is prepared to prevent any Border Patrol occurrence which will be used in Democrat Party propaganda, to incite rioting and to even incite assassination 

The democrats look for any excuse to damn Trump and his people, and then the same Dems hyper-exaggerate it, to the point of triggering anger and ensuing rage.  That's what Frey and Walz did, and that's why they appears in history Nuremberg type trials.

Tough Guy Congresswoman

The vicious Congresswoman made herself look like the asinine buffoon she is, during the hearing.  She spent her time slandering Kristi Noem.  We'll see how much bullying she'll perform on Mullin.

Now, it was the Minneapolis protestors who were crossing the line, committing crimes, one of which was aiding and abetting a criminal or two or two hundred.

And of course, keep in mind that the Democrat Party politicians want illegals kept in America, so that these illegals can quickly be granted citizenship and the right to vote democrat.  It's the Democrat Party's way of rigging the next ten elections.

The Dems also want the illegals to stay ... in democrat party regions, so that the rise in population can gain for the Dem two to four to six new House seats, after the next Census.

Quick Lesson

As a quick lesson, the difference between a Nuremberg-style court and the present International Court of Justice is that Nuremberg-style trials involve actual judges already attached to existent sovereign nations.  

At the first set of Nuremberg trials, two judges each were contributed by the USA, the USSR, the UK, and France.  Four of those judges were placed as auxiliary ones, much like relief pitchers in a bull pen ...  in baseball. 

A World Court configuration involves persons elected for a judicial term who are not practicing judges of any sovereignty at all. 

Today's 15 World Court judges were elected to nine year terms each, by the UN General Assembly.  These are people who may have experience in diplomacy, or in teaching law, or in having been legal advisors.  But they do not bring with them any sovereign nation's coercive power.

All in all, today's World Court has 0% coercive power.  Thus, it's 100% worthless.

Concerning the congresswoman whose name I am withholding, so that this post doesn't get flagged with a complaint of doxing or "hate speech," she is one of those people is dedicated to "giving them France 1789."  

Her role is the role of Robespierre, and perhaps you know what happened to Robespierre.   The Dems seem to have a lot of Robespierre types today.  They're sharpening-up the guillotine blades.
