On TV, Sunny was seen & heard saying that her dad once told her that her generation was the first one who had all of the Civil Rights granted to it. She made it sound as if the Black Man was the one who freed the Black Man and then passed all of the Congressional Civil Rights Acts.
Needless to say, the White Man freed the Black Slave from the tyranny of the Johnny Reb Confederate South, and a number of super-majority white male congressional votes resulted in Civil Rights legislation being enacted for Blacks in America.
None the less, for some reason, according to Sunny's logic, the Louisiana Re-districting case will result in Civil Rights being taken away from Black Americans by White Americans, as if all that Whites throughout America ever did was infringe on Black Rights, from Coast to Coast.
Here is the Reality Check for you Sunny Hostin followers:
It was the WHITE MALE, in super-majority voting, who passed each of the major civil rights acts, from 1866 to the space-age-era Civil Rights Act of 1968.
You people MUST stop being tricked by the lying propagandists that mainstream corporate media ... both network & cable TV ... present to you as the voices of truth. In as much, you need to see simple stats, as if you are being shown pictures. It's all done for you to finally understand that there are truths which Sunny Hostin and similar "commentators" divert from your sight.
All that present TV commentators do is create diversionary tactics, so that you will not see actual facts.
Now, I'm going to insert a series of introductory facts & stats which deal which the history-making Civil Rights Act of 1866. I am then going to publish this post as "under construction" and "to be continued."
When I get the time and motivation, I'll post the stats concerning other Civil Rights Acts, such as the 1875 Act signed into law by Ulysses S Grant, and the 1957 Act signed into Law by President Dwight D Eisenhower. The Civil Rights Acts of 1964 & 1968 are intended to be included, as well. You will then see that the White Man isn't all that bad, after all.
Below: The demographics of the 1870 Civil Rights Act
Below: The demographics involved in the 1875 Civil Rights Act
To be continued, as time permits. There is more you need to see, in simplified, easy-to-read framework.
